Religion is too much of an influence on this country as it is. I do believe that politicians should have moral values. But I do not want this country ran by the "moral" majority. I would rather have Ms. Clinton than have that. The country would be in rebellion if they were in charge. Half the people would be in jail. Television would be censored and we would not be safe in our own homes.

No, this is an indecation that the Evangalists wants to controll all the country not just their flock, they need to set aright their churches first. Their rebellion is a sure bet we get socialized government and health care. All that is needed is to check out Canada, and Europe, to know we don't want this kind of gogernment, think 55% is too much to give IRS? .Better check it out

I won't. Splitting the party hands the election to the Dems. I won't be a party to that.
Now if the Dems run someone that causes their party to split, as the Moveon folks have threatened, would that change my mind? No. If I don't like the way my party is going, I will work from within to change it.
If our country was being run by a right wing Christian Party, there wouldn't be too many changes, as the Constitution has safeguards. There would be restrictions on abortion, public prayer would be allowed and that is about it.
They wouldn't change Hollywood. There would still be lots of drivel on TV. The economy would probably be more like the Reagan years. And the appointed judges would be strict constructionists.

No, I don't believe in God, gods, or Jesus...
But I can accept a Christian "moral platform" far easier than any of the social engineering commonly found in the disjointed Democrat so-called platform.
Patronizing, competition stifling, and dependence encouraging will never win my vote. Independence and personal responsibility are the pillars of a successful population.

As a Democrat (albeit a conservative), and as a faithful Christian, it is my great hope that an evangelistic third party prop up a mouthpiece for President Jesus. I'm interested in the entertainment value of watching these tight-sphinctered so-called "Christians" dictate their platform of inclusion and vitriol.
It will also guarantee a Democratic shoo-in for the presidency.

No, I will not vote for any third party candidate. Having to choose from two is bad enough.

I think they should! Shoo-in for Democrats in the White House until the party is disbanded.

No.
The Lefties are correct about one thing - it is wrong to legislate morality.
The problem with the Lefties is that they try to legislate THEIR morality.
The government has no business telling the homosexuals whom they can and cannot have sex with and whom they can and cannot marry.
And it has no business telling me whom I must support.
