Just curious.

I personally know many blacks who are moving to white suburbs to get out of the inner city which is being overrun by illegal Mexicans.

It is the responsibilite of all Americans to Question their Government or end up as Slaves to it.
Why do people fear asking questions or fear retailation from their Government. Will not other Americans stand up to protect your rights?
Would you not stand up to protect another Americans rights?
What is so valuble that you would risk losing your Freedoms or Bill Of Rights to protect? A car? A house? Money?

To a democrat, it means equal opportunity. Equal protection under the law, etc. What does it mean to a republican?

Hi, im thinking about two career fields as i re-enter the civilian world in two weeks. One of which is a career in Law Enforcement. However, im afraid i will be turned away. When i got back from Iraq i was told i had PTSD and since i was over there i have problems sleeping. I only take one prescription for the sleeping issue, and non of this affects my work ethic, or my attendance ever. I really dont know which career i should pursue. I want to be a police officer always did, but im a good mechanic its what i did in the Army and i know it pays better and i dont have to put my life on the line. What to do?

My husband is in Kuwait, waiting to go to Iraq in a week or two. He is having SEVERE knee problems, and the medic will not authorize him to see a doctor. As a pre-med student, I know that this is an issue for a physician. It's been going on for 4 weeks. He's in the infantry.

I've been told the only way for him to see a doctor is if he really demands it, really, really insists, but my husband is doing a pride thing. He can barely walk, but he doesn't want to fuss and fuss and fuss until something happens. HE CANNOT WALK AT ALL WITHOUT PAIN MEDICATION, AND CANNOT RUN EVER. I really want him to see a doctor. I hate to think he's going into combat with a bad knee on all kinds of pain meds, because they wouldn't take a simple x-ray. What can he do? What can I do? How could I convince him to be more staunch about getting treatment?

A 20 year old Wisconsin Deputy, lost his mind today, and shot some teenage kids in a small town of that state where he grew up............One of the teens actually ended up dying.

My question was did this deputy use his service weapon? If so that department should merge, or close down because we all know their getting sued by everyone in that resturant.

What are your thoughts

He's in training now for Infantry and should finish up sometime in January or February. The way I see it there is no question that he will be sent away from me and our son who will be born around the time he finishes his training ( I know its a boy!!)for 15 months. We have known each other since age 13 and over the years he and I have been friends continuously since that time. Nevertheless he isn't my friend anymore but my husband and the nature of our relationship shifted dramatically the weekend in May of our prom. We became "legal" in a civil ceremony on August 1. He left me for Army Training on August 27th. Could he immediately be sent away or will there be some time that we could be together as a family. I assume that with the schedule of unit deployments we will have 12 months or less together. How does that work? Would they send a green soldier directly into combat from training without anytime with his wife and child? Or do they give them at least 6 months or what?

For a various reasons, I want to get back into military service. I was in the Army 3 years, yet this is not what I am thinking of if I re-enlist. I am thinking of going coast guard. Mostly financial and for reasons that the coast guard actually helps fellow Americans and is part of the law enforcement here in the states. My life feels empty if I am not helping my fellow person.

However for various reasons, I am hesitant to go back. For one, I was very unhappy in the Army (one of the reasons I left.) and a basic term in the Coast Guard is 4 years. I am hesitant to go into something that long just to find out I am not happy with it and not a good fit and be miserable again for that long.

IS there any way I can sign up for less then that amount of time? Can some one talk me into or out of this decision. I am sitting on the fence here.

I mean REALLY! Look at all the wonderful things they accomplish. They HAVE saved this country from blood sucking liberal blight! Hey, what happened to all the terrorist attacks we were supposed to have? Why have they approved the most environmental protection resolutions IN HISTORY.

FACE IT...they will go down in history as to of the greatest men this nation have ever known. Heck, they even have a sense of humor to boot!

Bush recieved a daily briefing on 8/6/2001 stating "Bin Laden determined to strike inside US".
So how could the 20th hijacker(moussaoui) be in FBI custody for weeks before 9/11 and the plot not be foiled?
Why did FBI HQ deny Minneapolis field offices' requests for FISA warrants for weeks before 9/11!
All of which makes me wonder what orders did Bush give after his briefing to ensure national seurity!

Tonight my pastor said that he doesn't understand how people can say they support the troops but not the war.

I, personally, think the US military, and each of its members, deserves the highest respect and love we, as a nation, can give.

I also think the war should end, so I don't understand why he would think those are mutually exclusive feelings: what do you think?

Why doesn't President Bush have a heart? How could he veto a healthcare bill that would have provided 10 million, poor children in America with the opportunity to get health insurance? 45 of his fellow Republicans voted for the bill, including 2/3rds of the Senate. Does he really care more about the financial wellbeing of Tobacco and Cigarette companies (his political donors) than the health of America’s children? The 35 billion dollars that would have funded the expansion, roughly what it costs to finance the Iraq war for three months, would have been paid for by smokers and nicotine addicts, not American tax dollars. If he can spend 2 trillion dollars on a war in Iraq, why can’t he work to help provide innocent children with insurance? To all you religious nut, far right Republican conservatives: Would Jesus have vetoed the bill, complaining that providing poor kids with healthcare would have financially hurt drug companies too much?

Nobody ever speaks of the countless lives that are being SAVED THERE verses destroyed here in our own towns.

WHY? I'm a matter of choice. What was the human beings choice that was murdered by a suction hose?
