Question: What has the Democratic party controlled Congress done for the country that has been beneficial?

My Response: Do I hear crickets chirping?

Can someone tell me how that is offensive in any way?

I've gotten violation notices for much more mundane items than that. I got deleted for replying "No." to this question:

If I had to choose between the question and the response which was offensive, I'd have chose the question. Yet you have people here accusing the libs whereas the original poster was obviously a con. This is just an example of how things can get twisted around. I understand your response and remember thinking at the time it was a clever one. Still do and I'm a lib.

The PC Liberals are extremely conscientious about reporting answers that end in a question mark.

So, when I ask a rhetorical question for my answer, I always put some pithy little comment after. Like this: Do I hear crickets chirping? Yup, sure did!

I don't find anything offensive about your answer. Unfortunately, maybe your just learning that it doesn't matter whether your answer is offensive or not it's just that the person who asked the question didn't like your answer.
Yes, it's happened to me, too. I think I'm used to it and I'm sure you will, too., cause if you stay in here it'll happen again I assure you.
Thanks

libs, cons, dems, pugs, gays, straights, religo's, atheists all report one another at one point or another. The problem is Y/A is too spineless to let a statement stand because it was reported, even if its a simple "no" as someone up above stated.

If people don't like your answer they will find the littlest thing to report you for. They also will report you for Q/A from several months ago if they get real mad. I generally hid my Q/A for that reason.
It's sad, but we're not dealing with grown-ups here.

I can't even tell you the reason I've gotten violation emails for a few of my answers. And don't try and get a reason from YA - it's a total waste of time.

You offended the Democrats who reject truth, and when faced with it, become uncontrollably angry.

Have you ever noticed that Liberals want diversity but don't every accept diversity of opinion?

There isn't really any rhyme or reason to it. I got an ID booted for less. I didn't even bother complaining about it.
