So many people say "I don't care if Mexicans come here, as long as they do it legally." Well, guess what? That is impossible.

The Mexican government is so corrupt, they steal your application money, refuse to process your files, refuse you a short-term Visa for no reason, etc.

A good friend of mine had a round-trip plane ticket to come visit for 2 weeks. She filed all her papers and paid all the fees, and submitted paperwork proving that she was enrolled in college in Mexico and had already paid tuition (so they would believe she would return) and she STILL got denied.

His very first veto was for stem cell research that could've helped a 9 yr old girl with Leukemia because he cares more about a microscopic bundle of cells. His latest veto is for expanding healthcare to cover more uninsured children in this country because 'it's too expensive'. Yet he wastes billions of dollars looking for imaginary WMD's in far away countries and lets all his buddies in Congress pass as much pork and graft as possible. He spends our money like a maniac, yet the only time he's fiscally conservative is when it might actually help the average family.

I'm particularly interested in those of you who claim she has no chance. Is your strategy to just ignore reality and ignore the support she keeps steadily gaining? Or is there a candidate that has proven to be so strong for the Republicans that they seem poised to destroy her?

Right now the Republican Party is in a fever trying to settle on a candidate that even represents the party line and can pull in the evangelicals and the conservatives as a whole. What is your strategy besides just repeating over and over she isn't electable despite the evidence to the contrary? Perhaps you all think if you say it often enough it will magically come true.

Hi guys! Just was checking out my credit report and noticed that an old credit card debt I had that had filed a judgement against me in the local court. Before the court date I appealed and worked out a payment plan that I am current on and should be finishing off soon. We never went to court and I swear they sent me a letter that is was dismissed. But the judgement is on my public credit report and bringing my score down more which I understand I shouldn't have let it get that far but do I have to wait 7-10 years for it to go away or should it be off when I am finished paying???

my husband recentley joined the army and he's been in boot camp for 5 weeks. since day one he has been begging me to get him out. of course i just kept ignoring it and writing him letters to encourage him. the letters dont work. he says its not that he cant do the physical part he just wont adjust to army life and he's in infantry so he also refuses to kill anyone in iraq or anywhere else. as the weeks progressed his attitude got worse and the things he was saying scared me. he actually said he's getting to the point of committing suicide. i tried calling the chaplain on base and i called his captain and told him my worries and that i didnt think my husband was right for the army. the captain told me that he would talk to him about it and instead of helping he made it worse, he got in trouble. i also already brought up the whole ELS thing and i guess that isnt an option. i just want my husband home and safe. i have two young kids. im sure you can understand.

Yesterday my car (Nissan Sentra 2004) was sputtering and i took it to the dealership. Well today they told me that it was MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, and they had to replace it. Since my car was no longer under warranty , i would have to pay $500 just for the MAF sensor and $95 for the technician to install it and since i need my car soon, i agreed to the deal. Well after searching online i found MAF sensors that fit my car for $327(new) at Auto Parts. Any suggestions on whats my best option is (I'm on a tight budget), I plan on picking up the car and paying for everything tomorrow?

I'm just wondering why it has to be us vs. them; black vs. white; immigrant vs. non; believer vs. non-believer.

why can't we try to see where each other is coming from or is that too easy?
