B.D. mac. Roe v.wade is not a law, it was a supreme court decision, the supreme court doesn't make the law. On top of that, the question for most people is not about a womans rights concerning her body but instead the rights of the child she carries in her body. There are volumes and volumes of case law that set precedent concerning one individuals rights when they conflict with anothers rights. There obviously needs to be some degree of compromise in cases that have conflicting rights like this. As far as relying on the supreme court to determine the constitutionality of a given law, forget it. The supreme farce of courts has proven time and again that it wants no part in real justice or actually determining the legallity of a given law. Starting at your local court level you need only sit in on court a few times to know that judges are nothing less than politically powerful advocates of their own pet social policies. Ever heard of gun control, conspiracy law, income tax, the IRS, the federal reserve, disorderly conduct, the RICO act? How about ciggarettes, alcohol, pot, morphine or any number of other food and drug issues the courts pick and choose when or if to deal with? Emminent domain? Freedom from reasonable search and seizure? The right of self-defense? I could and should go on and on, there is just no end to the proof that our courts are the last place the average American can go for justice. As for sources, there is no such thing as a source, the internet makes it possible for any and every individual or group to put false info out there as fact. You don't need a source, you need proof, and I already told you where to get it. All you need to do is spend some time sitting in a courtroom, listening to the proceedings, or read the paper, see what people are convicted on, and then check the statute yourself and see if the judges decision fit the statute, you will find in far too many cases that it does not.

Take Your Pick! Everybody Lost their Civil Rights and Free Speech in HR 2015 and the Supreme Court did not do it But they did violate the 4th Amendment in the Imminent Domain Issue. Other Rotten legislation HR 254, 984, 1592 that preceeded HR 2015 and the Death of Free Speech. 254 was introduced by Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas. You can find those in Yahoo Answers Search.

You need to narrow it down a bit more than that! With the Republicans having been in power for so long, there have been many, many unconstitutional laws passed that were later declared unconstitutional. There are many many aspects of the Patriot act that are unconstitutional.
There have been many attempts to take a women's right to control her body.
Try this site and look under the Supreme Court findings. Then you can see laws that were overturned.
Good Luck!
