With her nephew she was betrothed,
And the greatest among men brought forth

The King precepts she never obeyed,
But with silver and gold she was repaid

With wisdom and knowledge she was pledged
To have her boy from her breast be fed!

About a week ago I was involved in an accident. I was going left and the other person was going straight so I was deemed at fault. The other driver was excessively speeding and could have avoided me if they moved to right lane (I was almost across intersection); instead they swerved in front of me. The ambulance came and when I asked if everyone was okay he said yes, no one was taken to the hospital etc. The driver of the other vehicle had a suspended license, no insurance, and no registration, and they were not driving their own vehicle. Another passenger in the car had a warrant for his arrest. Both he and the driver were arrested. Yesterday I received a letter stating they are suing me (well my insurance company) because a passenger was injured. Is there any hope for me in fighting it because of the fact the driver had no license, insurance, etc...?

Alrighty, they are moving to Fort Benning from OCONUS. They currently have 3 daughters who live with them full time, ages 6, 4, and 2. Her husband has 1 daughter age 4, and a son who is turning 7 who will be living with them 50/50 a year. She is also pregnant with a son due January, lol. Just curious to see if anyone knows anything about how many rooms she'd be entitled to since I can't find any definite literature on it.

Doesn't anyone see the irony of what a forum such as Yahoo Answers provides and then using the aforementioned forum to condemn the speaking invitation extended to Ahmadinejad?

You don't have to be a fundamentalist conservative to find his comments ludicrous, but if we pride ourselves as a nation that espouses free speech, then we must tolerate those that would use it for expressing views that we might find abhorrent.

We tolerate hate speech everyday in this country in numerous forums: TV, internet, newspapers, radio.

Why are suddenly 'casting the first stone?'

I'm a liberal dating a conservative. I like him a lot but worry that our differences will become an issue down the road.

Liberals say "I don't mind being taxed more to help out my fellow countrymen".

So you trust George W. Bush, Bill Clinton & Ronald Reagan to spend your hard earned money more than you trust yourself. Why not keep more of the money you earn and give it to the causes you care most about like conservatives do?

I've seen several people get angry and curse and yell when their political views are called into question. Are politics really anything to get angry over? Why does it infuriate so many people when someone else has a different political opinion?

Some think that the fact people want English only in the U.S. is a racist front. I don't. I hate going into stores and the salesperson can't speak my English.

I don't care if you're black, white, Hispanic, Asian or whatever else.....if you are going to live inthe United States, you really need to learn English.

What say you?

…and it is somehow comparable to the Moveon.org General Betray-us smear?

…the anatomy of a smear, and what this is is a great illustration of the liberals and the Democrat Party playbook for '08, which is underway now. The morning update on Wednesday dealt with a soldier, a fake, phony soldier by the name of Jesse MacBeth who never served in Iraq; he was never an Army Ranger. He was drummed out of the military in 44 days.

That comment, "phony soldiers" was posted yesterday afternoon on the famous Media Matters website, which is where all leftists go to find out what I say. I have a website, and I have a radio program that reaches far more people than Media Matters could ever hope to, but the critics of this program never listen to this program. They never go to my website. All they do is read Media Matters and they get the lies and the out-of-context reports.

I work hard and am very successful in my career. I make lots of money, more than I need as I am not materialistic, and don't mind being taxed higher in order to help my fellow humans. I think if everyone felt this way, the U.S. would be a wonderful country for all its citizens.

Was there ever a time where we weren't ruled by extremists on both sides? Why are there "sides" anyway?

With our current system, and our current polarizing administration, is there any way to get out of the cycle of liberals vs conservatives? Isn't this a destructive situation to live in where no one uses common sense, empathy, and compromise to resolve the topical issues?

With the current system it seems most people have chosen a side and are "for or against" everything already without taking the time to understand the issues. Why do people let a party affiliation rule their judgments?
