The answer is "YES", whether you're talking about neo-cons, ex-cons, current cons, progressives, conservatives, liberals, etc.

You can tell them apart because the neo-cons wear designer suits. And have fewer tattoos. I think that's the only difference though.
Oh...except that the ex-cons are more trustworthy and usually have more integrity.

Of course they aren't ALL crooks. Any more than all liberals are crooks. They are just people with a certain political ideology. A
nd with all groups, some are good, some are bad, some are crooks, some are honest... but don't generalize.
