1. pulled over for speeding. ( The CHP had no clock or electrical device to prove I was speeding).

2. Brought to hospital for asthma / panic attack (I didn't want to go to the hospital).

3. Forced a breathing / Asthma inhalation treatment. Then blood was taken from me by police (forced) I was never admitted or discharged from hospital.

5. Medical reports state I was normal / completely. Nothing about Alcohol on my breath or anything. Blood was taken by CHP outsorceing Blood Tech.

I got pulled over for speeding by CHP in California on Memorial day weekend. I was not speeding and the CHP lady said I was going 95mpg. She had not evidence or clock, or electrical device to prove it. I was never read my rights. Shortly after I was asked if I had drank liquor. I said yes about 2 beers. I refused the FST and requested to take a breathalyzer. After 35 - 45 min, while being handcuffed. I started having a uncomfortable panic attack in the vehicle. The officer said she did not have a breathalyzer and now she said her back up didn't either. Thats BS I think because its a Holiday weekend at 10:30 at night. Anyhow I was unwillingly brought to the hospital and forced a asthma treatment. After recieving service which I didn't want. The police said now I was incapable of taking a breath test. I said but I requested it. Anyhow long story short I was forced to give blood. At jail I was not given the chance to test my blood again or take a breathalyzer.

Im going to try to make this question as specific as possible. I have two different tickets on two separate occasions in two different towns. I simply do not want to just pay the fine outright. I want to fight it and go with the least costly solution. What is my best avenue. Pleading no contest, not guilty, hiring a traffic ticket attorney. I would appreciate very direct relevant answers and not things like "slow down" or just pay it. That is not going to help me in this situation. Thank you

I've been summoned and I really have no excuse not to show up or get out of it. Will the judge ask me direct questions when I'm there? Will they actually use me as a juror or will they make me fill paper work before? So basically, I have no idea what goes on. Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I'm doing a politics essay, here is the question:
Can state lose the right to demand obedience from its citizens?

My answer is Yes, and I come up with 4 arguments, but I still need to find examples for theses argument (coz I'm not good at World History)

- State fails to meet its citizens economic and material needs.
My examples for this case are the case of East Europe and USSR. Is it OK? Anything else?

- State abuses human rights or threatens the lives of its citizens unjustly.
No examples yet

- Citizens have legitimate religious/ethical objections to obeying state laws.
No examples yet.

- Globalization, International organizations (TNC, MNO, NGO, UN… ) affections.
No examples yet.

Can u help me find examples for these above cases ?
Great thanks in advanced.

For the outside world, Israel's demand for the "right to exist" seems a natural enough request and easy enough words to say. However, most people have no idea of the real import of those words for the Palestinians. For them to accept the "right to exist", effectively means that they accept their own dispossession. That dispossession is still going on after 60 years and there are now some 6 million Palestinian refugees who are refused their right to return home or even a modicum of compensation. And, that is not counting the 4 million Palestinians under Israel's occupation who daily see more of their land taken from them while they are squeezed and contained in what remains, or the 1.5 million Palestinian citizens in Israel whose rights are being increasingly compromised and denied. As long as the Palestinians exist, Israel will always see them as an obstacle to its ultimate quest for an exclusively "Jewish state" in a greater Israel.

The argument that somehow the US is forever responsible for Iraq doesn't compute. Being in the middle east at all doesn't compute. We don't need the oil....certainly not at the price we're paying in lives and borrowed billions. The argument that Iraq will become a center for 'terrorists' doesn't comput either...terrorism cuts both ways...certainly we could convince any country that supports or allows this kind of behavior to pay a major price...and if we can't after spending billions of borrowed bucks someone should bring brought up on charges. I hear the same old bleats about this supposed 'left' that 'supports' the Islamofascists....or the non-existant 'liberals' or some such BS. Attacking the strawman isn't much of a reason to occupy Iraq..we need to get out of there and actually deal with the problems of energy and terrorism.

There is a person that I know in my area, that claims to be a Navy-Marine Corp SEAL, and was recently shown on local TV as a war hero. My wife attended a Veterans Day celebration a few years ago, and the "hero" was asked to lead the pledge of allegeance to the US flag, but did not know the words. He has also appeared in court, to get custody of a foster child, in a LtCmndrs Uniform. How can I expose this crack-pot?
