i was driving and got pulled over my reg was suspended coz of emmisionsnow the car is broke and sitting!! & my license was suspended!! Now they didnt lock me up officer said i had to wait for someone to come drive me he let me take the car now i have to go to court. Do i need a lawyer??

You don't need an attorney, but you will have to clear up your suspensions. You can not clear your registration suspension until the car is running, and fixed. If your drivers license was suspended also for emissions, then you can't do anything yet, except get a continuance. If your drivers license was suspended for another reason, then you may want to talk to the SA/DA, and see what your options are.

What is your reg? It's hard to answer the question because you don't state WHY you were pulled over, and what you were charged with to have your license suspended. It's very hard to understand what you are trying to ask. Generally traffic court doesn't need a lawyer, you go to court on the day you are supposed, the officer should have explained what is going to happen. If you have any questions look at your court summons for the number of the court and call them to ask questions.
