My mom was in hit and run situation being the victim. The Hummer ran a red light hittin her w/ injuries. The Hummer had no license plates. Now, we dont know what to do. I want to know if anyone has been in this situation and the outcome .Please help, i want the person to pay for what they did.

First, u already have the car model hopefully the color too. Then u go write a report because cops dont take kindly of hit & runs. The cops will always look for that car with a dent on the front, side however that person hit her. Also if that car has your moms car color on it he/she will be screwed due to she got injured. Good luck, and hope she's not hurt to bad. Get better mom
