As far the loan amount is concerned that he has to pay back. As far the notice period of two months is concerned the company may take legal action if he fails to even pay back the loan taken by him from this company,in that case he may have to pay the notice period amount to the company along with this loan amount. If he pays the Rs15000/- the loan amount now,the company may not go to court for the notice period amount recovery. This the practical advice I'm giving you.

Every company will be happy to retire people. Every manager will be more than happy that the successor is leaving. After one leaves, the place will be filled by a person with half the salary. The company is benefited.

This procedure continues until the company reaches a stage where the whole left overs from the industry accumulate.

the company will recover the loan against salary due. if not recoverable, then it will issue a legal notice to your friend. before that contact the company and settle the issue amicably. if the company goes to court, they are going to win the case and in that situation, company can claim extra money for damages and legal expenses incurred by them. please avoid that. also the future references would be problem for him the new employers speak to old employers before giving job to anyone. if that company tells the new company about your friend running away with dues, the new company will not give employement to him.

TX is authentic, the burden of evidence is on him. If he would not have a settlement with you, then you certainly've the impressive to bypass away and artwork someplace else. i'm unsure the way it works up North, yet contained in america you have loose consultation with a criminal expert. he's suing you for $a million,638. i could hire a criminal expert and whether you could desire to pay the $a million,000 to him, you will win this occasion if its the form you have suggested. Have your criminal expert no longer in basic terms ask to your back Pay yet your criminal expert expenditures additionally.. You do want to clean this remember up Legally, because of fact the money he says you owe will bypass against your credit , and he can placed a Lien on something you own, to no longer point out all of the criminal hassles..better of success!
