No. No person can be elected to the vice presidency who is not qualified to serve as President. That would be Bill.. because of the 22nd Amendment.

The vice president must be elected to office, unless the current vp dies and succession rules come into play.
Bill Clinton has served two terms as President of the United States and cannot be president again.
As the VP is first in line for succession in case the president cannot continue or dies, Bill Clinton as VP would not be able to take the office of the president, and would not be able to act as president in the case of temporary incapacitation of the president. There is no valid reason for Bill Clinton to run for VP, and it would be a sure way for Hillary to lose the election.
And, yes, former presidents can run for other offices, but why? The money is better in private life.

No, once President Bill can't run for Vice President. The reason is that the Constitution limits someone to two terms. If something happened to the President and he were Vice President he would immediately violate the Constitution if sworn in as President upon the death of the President.
He can run for another office but most don't. John Quincy Adams won a seat in the House of Representatives after being President. William H. Taft was appointed to be a Supereme Court Justice after being President.

Yes, Bill Clinton could run as Hillary s Vice-Presidential running mate. Assuming Bill maintained his continuous residency in the U.S., he would meet all the Constitutional eligibility requirements for being President (age, "natural born" citizenship, etc.). Therefore, Bill could run for Vice-President. Although Bill could not be elected to the Presidency again, he could become President without an election by succeeding Hillary if she died or otherwise couldn t complete her term. Since the Constitution (i.e., the 22nd Amendment) only prohibits someone from being elected President more than twice, Bill s ascension to the Presidency without an election would not be unconstitutional.

He CAN be VP and President again. The XXII Amendment to the constitution refers only to the election of the president, not the appointment. It does not say that a former president cannot be in line to be president. Even if he were in the house, he could become speaker and then be in the line of succession.
Amendment XXII fn14 [ Annotations ]
Section. 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President, when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.
Sec. 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the
