I think he is being a baby...the story is that he refuses to go on the view b/c he doesnt want to be interviewed by Elizabeth, b/c he is a democrate and she is not.....I think its a bit babyish, I mean honestly she seems to be a very nice lady and if they steer the conversation away from political beliefs what does he have to be scared of? I dont think she would sit there and badger him over and over if thats not where the conversation is. I, personally, feel he is afraid to have that he can not back himself up and therefore, is scared to even get caught in that situation.....I am not and have never been a Manilow fan but he just made himself even smaller in my eyes...what do you think?

Meyer, Nap, and Cavanna establish a partnership to operate a window washing service. Meyer contributes $10,000 to the partnership, and Nap and Cavanna contribute $1000 each. The partnership agreement is silent as to how profits and losses will be shared. One month after the partnership begins operation, Nap and Cavanna vote, over Meyer's objection, to purchase another truck for the firm. Meyer believes that because he contributed $10,000, the partnership cannot make any major commitment to purchase over his objection. In addition, Meyer claims that in absence of any provision in the agreement, profits must be divided in the same ratio as capital contributions

My husband was diagnosed w/ carpal tunnel syndrome a few months ago. His job required repetitive hand movements and his condition has turned into a worker's comp claim. He has been out of work for about 6 weeks and has not received a pymt. The insurance company has required a lot of information. They have written documentation from 2 doctors stating that his condition is work related, they have the wage and dependant information. My husband tries to call the rep handling the case and gets voicemail constantly. So, my questions are: is he getting the run around and should we get a lawyer?

Ever since Con Man Clinton got himself Impeached for lying to a Grand jury no less! Liberal Democrat's Have been blaming Republicans and our President for every thing from the Twin Towers to well you name it! Here's a news flash! Bush had Nothing to do with Clinton Cheating on his wife!!! Most Republicans could care less about what he did .I mean being Married to Hillary almost excuses it. However when He lies to a Grand Jury !That is a big Problem and rightfully so he was impeached. Clinton and Jimmy Carter are the biggest reason we are at war with Terrorist ! Bottom line is Liberals have acused bush of all these lies but NEVER proved he lied even once! But for some reason Liberals take the word of a President who Lied to a Grand jury and was Impeached .What does that say about the Liberal Democrat party? Republicans can prove Democrats Lie but Democrats can't ever prove Republicans lie. Because when Liberals acuse Republicans of lying there actuations them selfs are lies!!!

Mohamed ElBaradei: "I repeat: we have not seen any undeclared facilities operating in Iran, we have not seen any concrete evidence that the Iran program is being weaponized. We have not received any information to that effect. So, I haven't heard any other information, to the contrary. So while we are still concerned about the nature of the Iranian program, we should not... I do not believe, at this stage, that we are facing clear and present danger that requires that we go beyond diplomacy."

Should we suspect a second propaganda offensive of the "WMD/Iraq" type? Why should the US/European populations trusts the governments that lied to them before rather than support the NPT regime and oblige their own countries to abide by it, dismantling their own weapons?
Read the NPT:

Iran is clearly abiding. The US is not (spec. art. III and VI).

Why does the U.S. have civilian security contractors in Iraq? Because the rules of engagement are less strict for them than for the regular Army? Or are they CIA operatives working against the Iraqi infrastructure to widen the chasm between Sunni and Shia by perpetrating acts against one and making it seem as if the other did it?

TUCSON, Ariz. — Gunmen stopped a pickup truck full of illegal immigrants, shot some and took the rest captive Thursday in an attack that left at least three men dead and two people wounded, authorities said.
Authorities were trying to determine who the gunmen were and said some of the immigrants remained missing.
The men shot three people, one fatally, along a known smuggling corridor near Tucson, then forced several other immigrants in the group to leave with them, Pima County sheriff's officials said.

Two men who were not injured were in custody and telling deputes what happened, and the other immigrants had not been found by midday Thursday. The crime was similar to a robbery Wednesday night more than 70 miles south, near the Mexican border, said Rick Kastigar, the Pima County sheriff's criminal investigations chief. The immigrants were head
