Is a contract enforceable (i.e. is there consideration) if either party is allowed in the contract to terminate at any time, with or without reason, and without providing the other party with notice of termination in advance of the cancellation. I believe you must have notice of termination for the contract to be enforceable, but can anyone provide with a link to a site or case that proves this?

Thanks to secular media and governmental insitutions, not many people are aware of the final (and possibly the greatest) contribution to the world by the man who appeared to have a special connection to divine wisdom and revelation. Interestingly, Albert Einstein remarked that "God does not play dice" (probably a cryptic 20th century reminder of Newton's prophecy).

I believe the word "end" in Newton's prophecy doesn't mean a literal end of the world, but rather the end of the world as we know it. The end of any illusions we may have about the world, who we are, why we are here and who brought us here. Don't you find it remarkable that this fits in with the current intuition of our times (that we are in the last days)?

Some people may object by saying that the Bible said "no man knows the day or hour". But the Bible also says that man can tell the season. Apparently, Newton has told the world. But, for some reason, the world is either ignorant or not listening.

I went to lodge an F.I.R. at a police station in Delhi, my application was received and they started asking me strange questions. Since it was against the doctors of a local hospital for illegal detention, the threatened to detain me themselves saying that, they need to hand me over to somebody. Finally the registere the FIR and took my signature on it also but didn't give me a copy of the same. They said that they will investigate the case. They merely gave me a copy of my application. What are my rights? How can I claim the copy of the FIR from them. Can they withhold it on the pretext of investigation. They police seem to be hands in glove with the hospital Can comlainant interact directly with the public prosecutor and discuss his case. Does the FIR imply that the case will be automatically listed in a court? Please help.

Honeslty, i can very well say i dislike him.
Many reasons, but one is because of the war.
We found sadam huesane, now were still in the war having our men and women die over there for no reason besides for them to rebulidd. wow.
I tihnk we should have found sanladina binladina first, the one who actually killed our americanss on 9-11.


What do you guys think, i dislike bush.
I tihnk the last election kerry should have won, hands down.

My son and I are struggling and his father who lives in California sends child support finally after 9 years of denying my child.
