Declaration of War against the U.S.? Actually it was the second one. And why are some people not getting serious about this today? I realize Bin laden hasn't been caught but that isn't my question.

It appears to me in politics and government that there are many here who don't realy have anything to say or they can't arguew with the question or statement. Why then do they give spelling lessons or is it maybe they just want the 2 points so they can move to the next level.

I may be a bit new here but i can at least give an answer with out grammer lesson. I imagine those that have the best grammer most likely can't spell either they just use spell check.

Is this a ture or false obsevation/opinion

This was well before President Bush was president.

Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman or the Blind Sheik has committed terrorist attacks against Egypt because he opposes their secularism.

There are Islamic terrorist’s attacks DAILY across the globe in various countries. Are all of those because of American imperialism or our theft of their oil?

Let me clear it up for any moron with lingering doubts: It’s worse. It’s over. You lost. You lost the day your tanks rolled into Baghdad to the cheers of your imported, American-trained monkeys. You lost every single family whose home your soldiers violated. You lost every sane, red-blooded Iraqi when the Abu Ghraib pictures came out and verified your atrocities behind prison walls as well as the ones we see in our streets. You lost when you brought murderers, looters, gangsters and militia heads to power and hailed them as Iraq’s first democratic government. You lost when a gruesome execution was dubbed your biggest accomplishment. You lost the respect and reputation you once had. You lost more than 3000 troops. That is what you lost America. I hope the oil, at least, made it worthwhile.

Thats from an Iraqi blogger who has endured the war for a very long time but recently fled to Syria, as one of the million+ Iraqi refugees.

What say you to that? Why do you think we're winning?

on Feb.23 1998? Bin Laden and 4 other terrorists signed this and our country obviously didn't take it seriously and there are people today who aren't? I realize we haven't caught him, that isn't my question. This happened in 1998. I found it on Google.

With so many shootings, you'd thinks the police would busy chasing down criminals, in facts, they are constantly chasing little criminals like the Hot Dog sellers, cyclists in the Park and street flower sellers.

A lawyer friend of mine was surrounded by 25 policemen in London for using his video camera near buckingham palace! A policeman had wrongly told him to stop filming. He kept on and 25 police officer surrounded him and questionned him for 40 minutes for apparently being a terrorism threat... Please note that my friends is a blue eyed man with spiky blond hair and tight jeans, a typical indie kid!

I can tell you that they weren't happy when at the end of this questionning my friend also told them that with such missuse of counter terrorism ressources it was just a matter of time before somebody manages to do something really bad.

Please, spare me the paperwork excuses... If they had to do paperwork for arresting real criminals, London would be a safer place!

BAGHDAD, Iraq – While many Americans relaxed in front of their Television sets Saturday, watching their favorite football teams in the comfort of air conditioning, eating chips and tossing back beers, our Soldiers and Marines in Iraq suited up again in heavy body armor and ammunition. Americans cheered and jeered football teams while their protectors executed more successful missions under the blazing sun in a desert on the other side of the world.
It was another blowout victory for the American troops: 31-0. They scored 14 terrorists KIA and 17 detained.

For greater detail on where our troops struck out against evil yesterday, see the full article GN-Iraq-45: War on Terror Blog©2007, ARM, all rights reserved, http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-DfkctJU7dK5B7LcNROoyVQ--?cq=1

These are typical numbers for any given day in Iraq, but the media reports things like "5 killed in bicycle bombing." without mention in the headline that the enemy targeted civilians AGAIN.

Topic...I've wanted nunchucks all my life and I'm just starting to look into it. Are they illegal to have? Obviously, you can't use them as a weapon unless forced into self-defense but I don't know anything about it. Where would you buy real nunchucks (non foam)? I've checked ebay and all I can find are foam practice ones. Anyone have knowledge about nunchucks?

I'm tired of having to press 1 for English. Tired of paying more for bills to be printed in English and one, two and even three other languages when I only need the bill in English. We all pay for this. Do you think that English should be the only recognized language in the United States? Do you think that if someone wants their bills printed in a language other than English they should have to pay more? Are you just tired of it all?

A civilian followed me home a few miles from work. I was in my driveway and he took my keys from me and would not let me enter my house. I tried to get out of my car and he stepped in front of me and told me to get back in. I am 5' 4", 120 lbs, he was a huge guy and I was afraid of him. He called the police, who gave me the breathalyzer and field test and they took me to jail. Can someone please advise me (preferably a lawyer) on if I have a case? Thanks

MCCLATCHY NEWSPAPERS

WASHINGTON -- Each year, an estimated 400,000 babies are born in the United States to mothers who are illegal immigrants.

Although Congress has never passed a law saying so, no president has ever ordered it, and no court has ever ruled on the issue, each baby becomes a U.S. citizen when it takes its first breath.

That could change if legislation that U.S. Rep. Dan Lungren, R-Calif., cosponsored in April becomes law.

Lungren, who served as California's attorney general from 1990 to 1998 and worked on the last successful push for an immigration overhaul in Congress in the 1980s, said he is trying to stimulate a debate on what he thinks is a key factor that is drawing immigrants illegally across the U.S.-Mexico border.
Critics have another word for it.

"Xenophobia," said Crystal Williams

News Alert - News Alert - News Alert - News Alert - News Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC Vandalized

The Vietnam War Memorial in Washington DC was vandalized Friday night, September 7th. There were no witnesses to the act of desecration which was discovered by a Park Service employee.

The vandal appears to have walked along the wall while squirting an oil based substance from a container on the lower sections of the panels. The liquid discolored the polished surface of the stone memorial and was absorbed into the porous stone where the names of our fallen heroes are etched into the wall.

Many names have become unreadable due to the absorbtion of the fluid.

On March 17th a large number of veterans and patriots gathered around the area of the Vietnam War Memorial to prevent just such a threatened desecration by the radical leftist demonstrators associated with the ANSWER coalition, SDS and the Black Cloc. An attempt was made to deface the memorial late that day but was stopped by National Park Police with several radicals arrested.

No radical group has stepped forward yet to claim responsibility for this outrage to the memory of our veterans. It is unlikely any will.

I have seen small signs for local busineses (like credit repair call this number etc.) posted on telephone poles etc.from time to time. I'd like to advertise my business this way as long as I'm not likely to get fined. How about sticking small signs into the ground on public property at intersections etc. like the politician do? Is this allowable to do?
Thanks for your advice.
