BAGHDAD, Iraq – While many Americans relaxed in front of their Television sets Saturday, watching their favorite football teams in the comfort of air conditioning, eating chips and tossing back beers, our Soldiers and Marines in Iraq suited up again in heavy body armor and ammunition. Americans cheered and jeered football teams while their protectors executed more successful missions under the blazing sun in a desert on the other side of the world.
It was another blowout victory for the American troops: 31-0. They scored 14 terrorists KIA and 17 detained.
For greater detail on where our troops struck out against evil yesterday, see the full article GN-Iraq-45: War on Terror Blog©2007, ARM, all rights reserved, http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-DfkctJU7dK5B7LcNROoyVQ--?cq=1
These are typical numbers for any given day in Iraq, but the media reports things like "5 killed in bicycle bombing." without mention in the headline that the enemy targeted civilians AGAIN.

DIShonest "amer": I did not fail to mention US casaulties. There were NONE. I.e. AQI/JAM: ZERO.
And this is a typical day in Iraq. So yes, the media is biased and evidently you have accepted their misportrayals hook, line, and sinker.

Steve, An Afghani male once looked at me in fear and anger because the Taliban had told him that Americans eat their kids. We both know how outrageous that is and I would not argue that some would take up arms to prevent such evil from occurring to their families.
But today in Iraq, the actions of the enemy and the actions of US Troops have proven that AQI and Iranian supported JAM are killing unarmed civilians, women and children. The terrorists killed were armed and attempting to kill US and Iraqi government troops. They included proven international terrorists supplying money, lodging, explosives and arms to kill Iraqi civilians not involved in the war.
I have no pity for those terrorists who planned to kill more unarmed civilians for the primary purpose of creating negative headlines in the US and the secondary purpose of striking terror in those Iraqis tired of AQI's murderous ways.
The Iraqi Govt was elected by the people of Iraq.

John, I do believe that it's possible that some of those insurgents you killed and captured might have been some disgruntled Iraqi's who are tired of the Americans occupying their country.
John, I do truly appreciate what you are doing for our country. I do know there any real evil people over there that want to do harm to Americans.
The unfortunate thing is this----this is a "conflict" that will never, ever have an end. The other sad thing is this--it didn't have to be this way.
True, Sadaam was a very evil man. The one thing he did do though was keep things in order. Now, this doesn't mean I agree with the way Sadaam did things. Killing innocent people is never, ever right. Torturing people is wrong.
John, I have been paying attention to things here in the U.S. and the one thing I know is that America will be America no longer very soon.
The North American Union is in the planning stages. What will happen to our Constitution then? That great document you are over there in Iraq risking your very life for, what will happen to it?

The mainstream media is bought and paid for by the liberal left, period.
They have an agenda. That agenda is to sway public opinion towards them and their party. Showing you the truth would be detrimental to their political aspirations.
Many liberals will answer this question and tell you these stats are lies, because they have been told so by their leaders. Like sheep, they will continue to propagate propaganda.
It doesn't matter. As they used to say on the X Files... The Truth Is Out There... and the thinking man or woman will find it
Despite Howard Dean's best efforts.

31 down and tens of thousands still to go.
Dummy: They have more volunteers than you have bullets and bombs.
In other words, you're still fighting a lost cause.
