Consider getting a second job.

Since she's not a US citizen, nor is she a permanent resident, she's not entitled to any of this country's social welfare benefits.

what is your question? advise you what to do about what? how to stop paying for her? or what? sorry, there is not really a question in your question. it seems that you are obligated to help your mother and have to find the best way, financially, to do it. if that means sponsoring her to be a U.S. citizen, then try it. if not, make sure she is living as economically as possible, wherever she is.

If she is not a US citizen she wouldnt have a SS number thus she woudnt be paying or recieving benifits.
