I know that people say that the more populated areas of the US would have the say on who's President. But can't we just look at the country as a whole. I mean if you take away all the borders and just had a popular vote. Wouldn't that clearly state who more people in the US want as the President?

I see all these wild statements on Y/A! Things like:
"She's a crook"
"She's a Socialist"
"She's pro-war",or, "she's anti-war"

Now really folks, don't you think that after all the millions of our dollars spent investigating Bill & Hill in the 90's, that we know Everything there is to know about their backgrounds, and history ?
Also, since the bad old days of the Clinton Administration, Hillary has been elected twice to the Senate, from New York State ! One of the most politically savvy sections of the country. A place where the politics of personal destruction was born ! I'm sure some Republican opponent would have dug-up any new skeletons she may have gathered to her closet, during these two elections.

A lot of the negativity about her candidacy seems to come from other women,..the one's you would expect to be thrilled that we have the first seriously qualified woman candidate for our highest office. That really surprises me?

So what's Up?, is this just fear of change?

I recently receive a DVD from Columbl House DVD Club.
It said i get to pay for it, but i never ordered or even went to web site. I dont know how come the company knows my name, my address, and my email. I think somebody steal my information from my school, and use my info to creat an accounnt, and help me to order that DVD. But I dont want it and i am not going to pay for it. so I sent the DVD back to the company. Is that legal the company never get my information verify and use that kind of paying method on me. the method is send me the good first, then i pay. i think they should cancel the method because it is forcing me to buy. And I think i dont have to pay for it, because they use my nickname that i use in school. they cant do anything on me because it is not my real name in law

Here is a link to the article. Basically before lawmakers arrived in Bagdad, soldiers had obtained (yet it is not known obtained from where) BIOs on all the visiting members, including their stance on the war.

Don't our troops and the Iraqis deserve to know who is visiting them AND how they voted on legislation concerning them? My point is, if a 'majority' of our troops feel this is a lost cause, wouldn't they be singing the praises of any official who voted to bring them home? And wouldn't Iraqis who WANT to end our 'occupation' be thrilled with this info? Why is this upsetting?

I'm getting nervous, I know I'm in the right. Renter has left w/o paying rent, or utility bill and has held over into this month. What is the process? They are basically irresposible people and the type who like to constantly make excuses. What should I prepare for. They have already accused me of harassment and look at this e-mail I just got:

I am contacting you to ask you once again to leave me alone. You had me served with court papers and I feel it is in my best interest to no longer speak to you. I will be going to the court house tomorrow (September 6th) to file a 5000.00 civil lawsuit against you for destruction of private property / harassment. Please leave me alone. Anything you have to say to me at this point should be said in court.

This is the second time she has threatened me like this. I have very good records. Anytime I've contacted her it is to conduct business. Example like-- can I have a move out date, I'd like to show the house.

Does an arresting officer have to be honest about his profession when investigating possible solicitation cases. For instance, while conducting an investigation if the cop responds to an ad placed in a free weekly or online and the respondent ask if the person is a cop. If the officer lies, is he or she then legally barred from making the arrest because they lied? Is lying about being a cop a violation of the defendants civil rights? I live in Chicago. I liked honest legal information.

I have been employed with my current company for 7 years and have never had a negative review or have been told that I am anything but a good employee.

Several months ago a position opened up that I was very qualified for, but I was told by the hiring manager that after speaking with her boss she was told he would not approve the change because he didn't like my jewelry and that my eye makeup was to dark. I was upset but didn't do anything about it. Another position just opened up in the same group and the same thing happened after the hiring manager again met with her boss. She was willing to give it another shot as she thought I would be a great fit.

During the 7 years I have been with this company no one has ever said anything to me about my jewelry or makeup being unacceptable. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 list Race, Sex, Religion, Color or National Origin as forms of discrimination but nothing like this. Is there anything I can do here, I feel this is so wrong?

Are black Republicans stupid for supporting a party that hates them? Just like how homosexual Republican is an oxymoron.
I mean c'mon the Conservative party is just that, Conservative. to conserve the racist and sexist white male United States. It is a party founded on not having different cultures and not having equal ground for all races and genders. So, I found it really awkward how Condi Rice would support a party that would be against the very race she is. Shame.

Fact: In his tour of duty commanding the training of the Iraqi military, his training results were a dismal failure, and all subsequent training programs have been to redo his failed efforts and undo the damage done during that tour of duty.

Fact: There have been major disappearances, losses and/or misplacement of large amounts of Iraqi weapons that were grossly mismanaged (at best) under his command. Almost certainly those weapons were ultimately sold on the Iraqi black market with some landing in the hands of criminals, insurgents and al Qaeda terrorists who used them to kill Americans and Iraqis.

Fact: Shortly before the 2004 presidential election Petraeus did something that active-duty commanders should not do. In late September he wrote an op-ed piece for The Washington Post obviously as a favor to the Bush campaign, in which he applauded what he called major progress by the Iraqi military, Iraqi police and Iraqi leadership.

Watch the juvenile "debating" antics of the loose change crybaby, and tell me if you still believe him when he can't debate without huffing and puffing, and calling people liars without backing it up. Then tell me if you are still a fan.
