Here is a link to the article. Basically before lawmakers arrived in Bagdad, soldiers had obtained (yet it is not known obtained from where) BIOs on all the visiting members, including their stance on the war.

Don't our troops and the Iraqis deserve to know who is visiting them AND how they voted on legislation concerning them? My point is, if a 'majority' of our troops feel this is a lost cause, wouldn't they be singing the praises of any official who voted to bring them home? And wouldn't Iraqis who WANT to end our 'occupation' be thrilled with this info? Why is this upsetting?
