why did fbi director robert mueller say there was not enough evidence to charge bin laden with 9/11? why couldn't we just use the same evidence we used to sentence our troops to war over? why isn't 9/11 attacks listed in reasons on bin laden's most wanted page on fbi website?

just because osama is on some international list that alone means nothing in a court of law. the fact remains that robert mueller said that there was not enough evidence to charge bin laden. he said it. fact. on fbi website 9/11 attacks were not mentioned, although his other attacks were mentioned. fact.

nicolasraage, isn't going to war unconstitutionally illegal? isn't doing anything that is illegal a crime? isn't going to war illegally a crime? there, then you owe me 10k. i think i have shown you enough evidence of a war crime. i guess this is assuming you understand that constitutionally only congress(american people) can declare war. no such declaration was ever voted on.

hey, daisy. no going to war is not illegal. but we are a country of laws. just like their are laws you and i have to obey. there are laws our government must obey. if you had ever read your constitution, you would know that ONLY CONGRESS CAN DECLARE WAR. just like korea and vietnam, this war was never declared. only the people through congress can declare war. if war is justified, the people will declare it. but we don't live in a dictatorship, we live in a republic.

Although I believe Bush is guilty of illegal activities, including hatching up a War, I would not want to see him hanged. I thought the hanging of Saddam Hussein was gruesome, brutal and grisly. Surely we are more civilized than that!

Though a part of me would love to see Bush and Cheney held accountable for their actions, I know the best way is to send them both into anonymity by erasing them and their counterparts from the political map and electing someone with integrity and at least a few ounces of brains.

It is amazing to me that there are still people who believe that Clinton's sexual exploits are more deplorable than using false information to start a war that has killed about a million people!

No, but I WOULD pay to watch Clinton swing for just the crimes he was impeached for! Never mind selling U.S.
secrets to the highest bidder to raise campaign cash,
jumping the bones of any female who couldn't outrun him,
and dam near destroying our military and intelligence services!

I'd gladly pay $5000 to see that, cash! I'll bet if you were to run a pay-per-view event and played it internationally you could negate our national debt!

That would be the best $25 I ever spent in my life.

And I would record it to show my kids and grandkids what happens to traitors, liars, and petulant little rich kids.
