I see all these wild statements on Y/A! Things like:
"She's a crook"
"She's a Socialist"
"She's pro-war",or, "she's anti-war"

Now really folks, don't you think that after all the millions of our dollars spent investigating Bill & Hill in the 90's, that we know Everything there is to know about their backgrounds, and history ?
Also, since the bad old days of the Clinton Administration, Hillary has been elected twice to the Senate, from New York State ! One of the most politically savvy sections of the country. A place where the politics of personal destruction was born ! I'm sure some Republican opponent would have dug-up any new skeletons she may have gathered to her closet, during these two elections.

A lot of the negativity about her candidacy seems to come from other women,..the one's you would expect to be thrilled that we have the first seriously qualified woman candidate for our highest office. That really surprises me?

So what's Up?, is this just fear of change?

WoW, I'm shocked by all this venom !
I guess I should have expected it, but really, it's humorous !
To the young lady who called me a "Hippy", Thanks !
My 'sixties' values remain, even though all the good drugs have been gone for some time!
Note: While all the hippies were busy protesting the Vietnam War, I was serving 4 seperate tours of duty over there, not because I believed in the war, but because I believed in America!
Then and Now.

While I think we "know" a lot about her history, there's a lot we never could prove. For example, do you think we ever got the truth about the Cattle Futures? Did we ever learn just why she had the FBI files? Did we ever get a plausible explanation why that wasn't prosecuted, given that it was wholly illegal for a civilian to even have them? Do we know how if everyone else involved in Whitewater could have gone to jail for their part, only she was never indicted for anything, despite being the brains of the outfit? What about all the property missing from the White House after their departure?

Seriously qualified? How? If she gained those qualifications during her husband's term, did she have the security clearance for what she was learning?

New York is your idea of politically savvy? Have you ever considered that Hillary may have been elected Senator without even being qualified to vote there? Are you reading the newspapers about what's going on in Albany for the past few years?

There's just something about the Clintons that enrages the neo-fascists. I don't quite know what it is, but these people really see red when you mention Bill or Hillary.

The funny thing is, their personal failures have almost nothing to do with their fitness to be good executives.

If I had to choose between Bill/Hillary or George W. Bush for a friend, then George would easily get my "vote".

But for President, it's exactly the other way around.

She is only out for herself and her inflated ego. Nothing will stop in her way and she will make sure there will be hell to pay if she loses. Who would vote for a women who lets her husband use her like a doormat? Not me. What more do we need to dig up? She proved what a person she is with Whitewater, Bill's philandering, health-care and her double faced campaigning. I agree with one of the past posts about voting for a qualified woman candidate. I'm from NY and she has done absolutely nothing for New Yorkers. She's never at the Senate because she is floating around all over the country promoting herself.

How about this logic. "A leopard doesn't change it's spots." Or here's another, we have seen all the antics pulled by the Clinton's, and they weren't pretty. I'm not talking about the Monica episode, either. I'm talking about the underhanded tactics of Hillary on a number of occasions. Or the vile and public displays of anger displayed by New York's Junior Senator.

How about her disdain for the armed forces, particularly the Marine Corps, with her deliberate and humiliating order to have young Marine officers, assigned to the White House, serve appetizers during one of her forays at the White House.

This is not a nice person, This is an evil and vindictive woman who will divide and fragment this country, if she ever gets back into the White House. She will destroy this country from within, with her huge lack of character and honesty.

You keep your Hillary, but keep her in New York. The rest of this country does not need the Clinton's, ever again.

The women you talk about who are adamantly against Hillary, are people that I truly admire. They can see through the facade of evil. They can see the absence of honesty and integrity. They know that Hillary is no Golda Meier or Margaret Thacker. But, what they can see is manipulation and destructiveness of a truly calculating person. Kudo's to them !

3) Got on national TV claim of vast right wing consiparcy when it was her husband decided to surpress a sexual harressement case.
4) The way she change her voice depending on who she is talking to.
5) Her national health care program that help sink the DNC into the minority status given the GOP majority in Congress for 12 years and a 2 term GOP president.
btw: Thanks Hillary for nothing

She needs to go away write her books and let the DNC get back on its feet again.

The most horrible things said about Hillary come from her own mouth...
She says one thing and then denies it or changes her mind a day later.
She rips on Jews, gays, blacks, etc, and then swears all wide-eyed & innocent that she never said anything bad against anyone.
She was one of many Democrats who insisted we invade Iraq and flipped their position when WMDs weren't discovered within a few days of invasion.
She is infamous for her maltreatment of the Secret Service agents assigned to her bodyguard detail during her idiot husband's presidential fiasco.
There are plenty of eye- & ear-witnesses who have given testimony about her views as stated by the Ice Queen herself.
She's a two-faced hateful liar and the worst possible choice for any public office, no matter what those "most politically savvy" nitwits in New York think of her.

In answer to your question; because it's true. She is a crook.

New York, one of the most politically savvy sections of the Country? Where the heck did you get that? I lived in New York for 42 years and I'm here to tell you that it's about as screwed up a state as one can find.

Being the deep political thinker you are, you believe that women should vote for Hillary because she's a woman? WOW, that's incredibly insightful.

We saw what 8 years of scandals did to us, I doubt we'd want more of it. I can already envision Hillary winning and the Motel 1600 sign going back up in front of the White House, and Roger Clinton and Hugh Rodham installing vending machines in the lobby that dispense presidential pardons.

I am all for a qualified female president. To be qualified, they must be honest, truthful, drug free in order to use good judgment and ect, ect, ect. just read all the comments made before mine and you will see my opinion of clinton.[ with a possible 1% error range.] Surely, you are just kidding. I had enough of of hillary when her husband was suppose to be president. We had a joke in knox. tn. [you use to go through oak ridge to get to clinton, now you go through Hillary] No, i have no fear of change in this type thing. I just want something better for my country. Too many have given their lives for the USA. We all deserve better.

No, it is not fear of change. I would cast my vote for a qualified woman, but this one I just do not have any respect for. She was 'blind' to all of Willy's goings on, womanizing, and then when it was right in front of her and the world, she did not believe it. Then when there was no other way than to believe, she forgave him. If she couldn't see what was going on in her life, I do not feel she is qualified to run our country.
