I don't think you can understand until you lose someone close to you. The pain of walking by my brothers room and the silence. He used to a be a footbal star in high school. He has trophys and stuff all over in his room
It makes me cry to think he died in vain. bush has lied to all of us. why cant we stop these lies from Bush? Yoiu cant support your brother or parent or whatever if they die.

i work operating a machine in an engineering factory. I would benefit from being able to sit down and this would not affect my work or cause a safety issue. under eu or uk law what are my rights regarding this matter? Are they obliged to provide seating or can they stop me sitting?

My neigbors are beyond annoying. I can hear them talking in my apartment, all i hear all day are kids running up and down the stairs. I dont think i should have to hear this all day long every single day. The apartment manager just informed me that she isnt going to do anything and that if we dont like it maybe we should try to move. Stupid her its a lease. What should i do? I cant even hear ppl on my phone due to noise from these rude annoying mexican neighbors.

My family is Basque ancestry and moved to Cuba for 2 generations from Spain, due to religious turmoil (I was born in the US though). However, when I tell people I'm Hispanic they usually tell me "sure, right" or "I always thought you were white". BTW, I have brown eyes and hair but people say I don't have Hispanic "facial features" and I have very fair skin!!! Plus I have a Basque last name (Spanish name with French influence) so its not a typical name like Lopez, Guzman etc.
Why do some people refuse to believe that I'm Hispanic? Should I just play along? I guess it has its advantages. I drive like a jackass sometimes and have only been pulled over once and given a warning.

I am so sick of hearing how unfair it is because they got deported and they have family here and they work so hard to make a life here. I have no sympathy for them if they can't do it legally. Mexican truckers. Now the administration wants to push through that they can go anywhere in the US. Now anyone with any sense at all can see how this is a real bad idea. Congress already voted 411 to 3 against this, but Bush is taking it through on some sort of Federal mandate!
