If I did not want to choose a democrat or a republican how could I find a person who would run on another ticket and what would you call that ticket?

to be a swat you guys told me i need to be a police officer, like a patrol officer, but i dont want to be a police officer, can i be a k9 unit, istead of police, then be a swat, k9 is the officers with the dogs, and when you switch from k9 unit, and become a swat, what will happen, with you keep the dog, what if , when you quit the job, or your too old, and when your not working, will we keep the dog, when we quit the job as k9 unit, will you keep the dog for you? or youll give it back,? please answer that, and istead of being a police officer, so taht i can become swat, can i be a k9 unit with the dogs, and everything, then be a swat? please answer all, all my questions, no skip please, i am 13 years old, some people say, your too young to worry about careers, and jobs, yes but, i really want to be a swat, i got swat movies, games, swat is awsome, answer all my questions everybody please, i really need to know all. specially about k9 stuff please. again (no skiping guys)

I was with my ex partner for 6 years before she left me 4 yrs ago, she was not on my house deeds yet believes she should have been as she had my child,who is now 9 years old and is full time with her, tho she never really has been about and would often put the responsibility of him onto my family and friends.,but is looking after him more since solicitors have been involved. When she left 4 years ago,she left happily with the settlement that she would take what she put in. Last year when she discovered that my present partner was expecting my child this made her angry and made threats to take my house she is currently in the process of doing so through solicitors letters claiming that she has a vasted interest in my home, she has also recently purchased a new property wih her current partner and is stuck for cash to refurbish. she said she wanted money back as her family decorated when she lived here yet my current partners family have since redecorated. I would like some legal advice

My friend moved to London and left me responsible for her apartment.

I get a call from the sublettee this morning stating that there are bed bugs in the entire building. This has become a growing problem in New York City.

What do I need to do...on behalf of my friend to solve this problem...quickly. I need to know the law before I call up the management company or petition the building.

I live in what I think of as a civil society -

I like to think it is reasonably safe etc -


But in this "civil" society there is a knowledge that if the police disapeared for any reason society on the whole would break down -

Anarchy the law of the jungle would be a matter of time -

If days passed or weeks or even if it took a whole month - it would change for the worse and disintergrate into somthing primal -


What does that really say about us humans in the most civilized portions of the western world ?


At one point we did not need police - but that was way back when - we were a tribal society of hunter gather's and small farming villiages - Even then crime happened - but it was a self policed society


I am curious what the absolute necesity of the police says not only about us but about our society as a whole

i hate bush as much as the next person, but hillary keeps talking like every problem in the world is bush's fault, probablly just to get more votes from bush haters(since most people are). For example she keeps saying this is "george bush's war" when she voted to go into iraq in the first place and continues to nothing about it except for voting to fund it. Whenever she's critisized for anything she blames bush whether it's for healthcare or high gas prices or whatever. Don't democrats realize how arrogant she is? she's like a liberal george bush. why are so many people supporting someone whos just going to give us the runaround for 8 more years.

My partner works in a shop on a part time basis, but is required to work on her own some weekends.
She has to work 4 hours. But has to start at least 1/2 hour early to count the cash (unpaid)
I dont think this is legal, mainy for Security and Health and Safety resons, but I cant find anything on it on ACAS or the HSE web sites.
Any Ideas.
Does anyone have any links to any relevant pages so they can be printed off and passed to her manager.

I just got an e-mail from someone claiming to be from Nigeria saying something like one of my ansestors and his immediate family were all killed in a car crash and that he had $9,000,000 put away somewhere and he is trying to locate the money so he can disburse it to our family but he needs my help funding the search for this lost money...blah, blah, blah. I would like to forward this e-mail to the proper authorities so that they can go after these criminals who are trying to defraud people out of U.S. dollars that desperatly need to be pumped back into our own economy. I think enough of our money is alredy going overseas!

Were any of you survivors of WW1? Then you know parrots played a vital part in aerial warfare due to their acute hearing they were kept on the Eiffel Tower to warn of approaching aircraft long before human spotters could see or hear them coming!(those Pollys must have been worth a lot of crackers!

For 6 yrs. I wrote a weekly newspaper column and willl be asking and sharing some items from them. I own the rights to those columns so not gulty of breaking the law, just numbing some brains. A Thumbs up if you enjoy them. thank you.

this documentary shows interviews with the admiral on the ship, other survivors on the ship. their families were threatened if they talked about the attack. also israelis who participated in the attack are interviewed. they even attacked the life rafts so there would be no survivors. even robert mcnamara is interviewed. anyone who believes the US wouldn't stage an attack on our military or stage a terrorist attack just doesn't know history. look up operation northwoods if you think US government wouldn't stage terror attacks to get us into war.

Hello Everyone.. So i carry a baeball bat in the trun of my car.. am not acting ganagster or trying to be a hardass.. i just carry it for my own safety. I have seen people get jumped and if it wasnt for the bat.. they could ave been seriously injured.. I would never hit anyone with it.. I wanna know if it is legal t carry that bat incase u wanted to defend urself. Do you get charged if police came and saw u carrying the bat and u said u wanted it to ensure ur personal safety. just to defend ur self. Do u need a license like for a gun.? This would put the problem in the lap of the State Department where it belongs, there by adding a few more teeth to the issue. It may also stop the constant interchange of the terms "Illegal Immigrant" and "Immigrant' used constantly by the "pro people" for thier senseless arguments
