Falsification is the crime committed by someone who uses a fade ID and when found guilty, imprisonment could be the penalty.

I hope no one answers your 3rd question (where to get a fake ID). The 1st and 2nd are actually the same question. The answer depends on what you are using the fake ID for. If you are trying to get into a club, it will be confiscated and eventually destroyed. That may be the extent of the consequences. If you are attempting to obtain a security clearance, you could face terrorism charges. Almost everything in between is possible.

it will be taken away from you and you could get a fine....it this is another real person you could also get it for impersonating someone else. I don't know where you can get them....many places I assume. What is the point....wait until your old enough. Many of the people I knew that have fakes just got in trouble with the law. Also, if you are drinking you will obviously get an underage drinking fine

Depends on what youre doing with it and if you have other things with you.

With the right 'evidence' you can be arrested under terrorism laws. Most likely you'll just get it taken and theyll make sure they scare you and bully you into not being that stupid again.

you can be charged with "criminal impersonation", which is a misdemeanor. but you can be held by the police for as long as need (days, weeks, etc.) to confirm your actual identity
