If I did not want to choose a democrat or a republican how could I find a person who would run on another ticket and what would you call that ticket?

I am unsure of the process to run a candidate on neirther a democratic or republican ticket do you have the knowledge to assist in establishing a choice of a third party candidate/

Organize a political group and register the new group at the Election Office in order to be recognized and valid as legal entity.

I believe that you should contact the Secretary of State in each state to find out the election rules for that state.
