Were any of you survivors of WW1? Then you know parrots played a vital part in aerial warfare due to their acute hearing they were kept on the Eiffel Tower to warn of approaching aircraft long before human spotters could see or hear them coming!(those Pollys must have been worth a lot of crackers!

For 6 yrs. I wrote a weekly newspaper column and willl be asking and sharing some items from them. I own the rights to those columns so not gulty of breaking the law, just numbing some brains. A Thumbs up if you enjoy them. thank you.

Seeing as there are only 3 French survivors of WW1 all over 100 and they not known for their Internet skills then I answer for them:

Pure Crap / Merde and not parrot crap!

If that was the case Parrots would have been located all over the western front.

Imperial German planes never had the range to get to Paris from the Airfields.

Paris was bombed by long range artillery & Zeppelins.

Must have been some column wriiten by one chief numbskull! The Daily Planet??
