"Home Owner Associations" have taken this giant step and have all but crossed that little friendly line. They began by telling us that it is for the good of the neighborhood to keep it looking nice and home values up.... while this is true there is a heavy price to pay... it has now "evolved", as most social products do, into a full blown step towards a communistic society... where all the homes in the neighborhood must look pretty much the same with no one home having any advantage over the others. They dictate the colors you can paint your house, the number of cars you can own and where they are allowed to be parked and at what times, the types of window treatments and yard ornaments, flags and so on... I saw one where it was required to have a working fountain in the front yard. Then they actually have the gaul to charge you a monthly fee for having the privlege of buying a home in that neighborhood. They claim those funds go to the upkeep of the neighborhood... but....

Why does USA engage only in conflicts where they benefit from something? Like oil in Iraq or cocaine in Afghanistan, for example. They were only nation who earned at World War 2 by selling equipment, supplies and food for Alied forces. They earn money while someone else is suffering. I infere from all this, that it`s gainful for USA when other nations are at war.

Even more, they`re calling themselves "peacemakers"!!!

Name one thing that a politician accomplished and one thing they did not .
Keep in mind that lowering taxes today is only putting off paying them in the future . So unless you can name the government program which got cut to save you taxes you are misleading yourself .

I had a a Ford Explorer 2002 and I traded it in for a 2004 Durango with the Ford dealership. During that time period I lost my job and normally my dad makes my car payments. I was given few days so they could reach him, they contacted him and he was fine with it. I got the car and they took my old car away. I had my kids over for the summer and the day I was leaving to take them back to their dad, this was a week after I got the car. They call and say there were some issues with the papers. I said I was leaving today, which was tuesday and I will be back saturday late night, I have confirmed tickets and cannot make last minute changes. He agreed to meeting me the following monday. Monday comes and early morning , there is a guy towing the car away, with no prior notice from the dealership. What do I do? Now its gone, I dont have my old car and I dont know what happens to the down payment. Help...

I have a friend from Ecuador that has an importing company in his country and is woring in the US with a visa. He had a partner but they had a problem and decided to split. The problem is that the partner owes him a large amount of money and my friends told her he would sue her.
But his former partner, who is a US citizen, sent him a notarized letter saying that he can't sue a citizen because that would be considered terrorism. Is that true?
Also, my friend didn't want to meet this person at the stores he usually buys merchandise, so he told the owners that he would not be buying their products if his former partner did. The former partner sent him another letter saying that she would sue him for that. Can she do that? I mean, isn't it up to the stores to decide who they want to work with?

regarding whether anyone else has had info "deleted" on unit you were in and if you have had to prove who you are by affidavit to obtain a replacement 214 ? Was in extraction unit, and "now" on 214 info has been deleted which was on my original one. Is this normally done by the military to persons who served in special units ?
