I want a easy job in the navy. I know it seems lazy but my back gets sore easy and I hate computer crap or to much paper work.
What kinda job would you suggest.

No, don't join if you want to have a chill job. We (the Marines) used to make fun of the swabbies for their easy jobs. However the truth is you can have a chill job in the Navy but, you have to bust your *** to get to a position where you can delegate your work away. Most of those guys bust their butts to keep us safe. If you want an easy job go into politics.

There are always jobs on top of the job you get. Especially in the lower ranks, you will do your job, plus scrub the head, plus strip and wax the decks, plus take the trash out, etc. We all do multiple jobs in the Navy. Then when you get deployed, you will "cross rate" which is to help others when they are overburdened in their job to keep them up to pace and still adhere to the mission. That's part of it. We work as a team.

You have just temporarily Medically Disqualified Yourself by saying that your back gets sore easy.

Frankly, It sounds like your not cut out for any of the services if you are only willing to give 1/2 effort.

Join if you want to join, but don't allow yourself to be pressured into it. Also, remember we are a country at war right now. The chances of you landing an "easy" job are slim.

Talk to the Air Force recruiter also just to keep your options open.
