In a minor hit and run. A girl stops to take a left turn. The guy hits her. The girl takes her left turn, and the driver doesn't know whether to follow her to exchange info, or if it's okay to leave. If a police officer was there and he stopped the person who rear ended her (again, minor), would he get arrested? He could always say that she left, too. Also if the girl complains and the driver who does the rear ending is willing to pay for her costs, does it become a civil case anymore? Do the police still try to take action? Thanks!

OK I know that if I take my own money and pay an illegal to do something than I am a criminal and I belong in prison.
But what if the illegal wants to pay me? Isn't that Very Bad too?
Or what if there isn't money but we agree that I help the illegal's kid with their school work or help him with his tax work after school sometime and he help me with something after work? Should the government also put us in prison for tax evasion now?

I started a new job 3 months ago I am supposed to get a monthly salary. The first month I had to have them write me three differnt checks to get the right amount, the second month the buisness manager shorted me $104.00 and I am still waiting for it and now she is pulling other sh*t, I sell cars and we are issued a license plate to use on test drives if we lose it they charge us $100.00. well she took it from my desk and hid it under her desk and is telling everyone that she is going to charge me $100.00 (I found it there and showed my boss and all he says is that he'll talk to her) I don't think he is going to say any thing to her! should I just Quit?

I've read the laws and know the legal limit. I'm originally from new jersey then moved to ohio and had it inspected there and it passed. Now i recently moved to PA and I know they are real strict on their laws. But i have read that the inspections stations cant reject you even if your tint exceeds the legal limit. But that Penndot told the PA state police to enforce the law if they catch any1 on the highways.

If a pre-nuptial agreement was signed prior to a marriage in Louisiana in 1984, and the couple was transferred to Texas in 1987 due to relocation, is the agreement still binding? Would the state of Texas recognize this document to be factual, and thereby be honored?

his tags and showed no proof of insurance!! My buddy showed his insurance card, the officeir still said the car was not insured!! the car was inpounded and he went home.
This morning we went to the insurance office got a copy of insurance paperwork and letter from insurance company and took it to the cop station, they released the car, minus ninety bucks.
Someone is not telling the truth!! the cop or the insurance guy by not linking car in the system. It's obvious the cop could not verify the information at 1am!!! He also got a citation as well for lack of insurance!!
What can we do coz this whole situation is unjust!! The cops stuck with their story that the car had no insurance when they checked, and he would not talk to the insurance people as well, or maybe the insurance guy missed the verification number by a digit complicating the whole matter?!!

I am in the process of a civil suit with walmart, but have just been informed that I cannot file on the actual store or the store manager as they are not the person that handles lawsuits..
