I'm a twenty year Air Force retiree. I should know the answer to this, but is the U.S. Flag ever, under any circumstances dipped as in salute?? I'v heard that the only time is at sea, and then only if the other ship dips their flag first. Thanks.:)))

I've tried legal services, and I was denied because my ex also went there. I've searched some student lawyer program but it doesn't work on family law cases.

I'm going in and out of family court to inforce my parenting time which was court ordered. My ex girlfriend has lied to the court clerk in the initial status conference stating that I was going to kidnap my daughter to southern california. After being placed under supervised visits and nothing was founded. My ex again fabricated another lie to keep me from my parenting time with my daughter. We never had these problems when we were together. She just being vendictive...

What should I do, I haven't had my parenting time for over 15 months

Why is this even an issue in the Presidential Debates? This issue will never be resolved. We'll never reach an agreement no matter who is in office, be it Mit Romney, Rudy G., Hillary, Obamma, or the Santa Claus. Why can't we not even discuss it and get on to REAL issues like the war, oil, ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, terrorism? These things are far more important, atleast to me anyway.

The same thing was happening in the 80's when the cold war was on, so is this an indication that the relationship between america and britain is the same as the relationship between soviet russia and america?...because during the duration of the war, russians were shown to be the bad guys...now its the brits?

Obama said he'll have to wait until Bonds hits one more home run before he can make a decision on whether he'd invite him to the White House as President. After hitting 755 home runs. and with only 1 more home run to hit, you would think that Obama could make up his mind on Bonds.
Guess not.
But there are a few decisions He has ALREADY made. 1 - he will never use nuclear weapons under any circumstance. 2 - he will attack our ally Pakistan over the objection of its President.

This Bonds thing has him stumped............. unbelievable.

Someone I know wrote 2 checks totalling about $400 in an account that was closed. The signature of the original check account holder was forged. Who gets in trouble? The person who unknowingly had the checks forged and cashed or the person who made it out and cashed them? Is it too late to reopen the account and cover the checks if its been five days? How serious of a crime is this if it's a first offense?

How does someone take off this video of a fake Army Ranger from YouTube. This guy says he is an Army Ranger, but you can tell he is a fake. One of the biggest mistakes, among other, is that his beret is flopped to the wrong side. It was spouts to be flopped to the right and the beret patch was spouts to be on his left eye. It's really f*cking annoying to see it there and for people who don’t know that he is a fake, might eat up his lies.

Hello,
I am looking for information on how to practice Mexican Law in the United States. It would seem to me that there would be a need for this in the Untied states either with US firms doing business in Mexico, or Mexican firms doing business in the US- maybe the justice department? Any info or direction would be appreciated.

I'm trying to understand your mindset. If I want to buy something, no matter what it is, I either save for it or work harder for it. In either case, I benefit society by being self-sufficient.

It seems liberals take the position that other, richer people should pay for the things they want. So, if they want better unemployment benefits or healthcare benefits, it should come from society in general. For rich libs, the increase in taxes never impacts their lifestyle. For poor libs, the increase in benefits always outweighs the increase in taxes. What is the reasoning behind this?

Do I say thank you when I get a ticket? Hahahah! Not happy! But I made a mistake! The officer is merely up holding the law! Without speeding, or traffic laws! What would life be like on the roads!

I am a Vietnam Era Vet! I served my country and earned the right to say thank you to all the men and women of this GREAT Nation who protect and serve!
