Herself, and my buddy Bill will be known as “The First Gentlemen”.
We are coming upon historical times in our nation, I as an American; have the ability to easily adept to what is best for my country. I’m not sure others are so adaptable / American however.
Time will tell.

Howdy,
Should Hilary Clinton becomes the next president, we're in uncharted territory in terms of naming conventions.
Naturally, the "First Lady" title would not apply to former President Bill Clinton. Instead, he would likely be referred to as "First Gentleman" or "Former President Clinton." Additionally, Hilary Clinton would be referred to as "Madam President."
I actually answered a very similar question last year for Ask Yahoo! You can check out the full answer by clicking the link below.
hail to the chief,

Constitutionally there is no official role for the mate of the President. Some have done virtually nothing or very little while others were very much involved. James Buchanan was not married and his neice was hostess at state dinners. If someone other than the President is required to be a hostess I suggest it would be Chelsea. Precident will be set whatever happens.

Bill Clinton will become First Gentleman.
He will be attended to by his own personal staff, including a bevy of White House interns supervised by Monica Lewinsky, who recently celebrated her 34th birthday on July 23. They grow up so fast, don't they? It seems like only yesterday little Monica was crawling around the White House on her hands and knees putting all kinds of things in her mouth! -RKO- 08/08/07

Under any other circumstances, the husband of the president would be referred to as the First Gentleman. However when it comes to the Clintons, They both will carry the formal title of president. Although presidents leave office, they do not lose the title "president". She will be "Madam President" and he will be "Mr. President".

So cute! You actually think she will win? We need the "right" woman not just any woman. Not to worry, when I begin to hear something good about her, then we can become concerned. If your question came true.....we know he's not a gentleman....but he is the first President to make the front page of the Chicago Tribune talking about giving another woman sex with a cigar! Now that's a First!

President James Buchanan was unmarried. He asked his niece to fulfill the "First Lady" role.
A president can ask anyone to fulfill that role.
