I need a Pro Bono Attorney, this is a multi million dollar lawsuit, best done by an out of State law firm. I am at another homeless shelter right now.
My name is Lynn Guevrekian.

I am looking for a law firm that will sue the State of Illinois at the United States Supreme Court in Washington DC, which would be the original jurisdiction under Article 3, Section 2; controversies between a State and a Citizen of that State. The Video is an online Video of Wayne Pelhank of Heartland Apartment Management located in Bloomington Illinois which is Mclean County Illinois. After I was injured and damaged at the Normal Public Library in Normal Illinois I did not work and fell behind on my rent. The video shows Wayne Pelhank delivering a 5-day notice and shows the Bloomington Police who were called as 911 assisting him. My web page is http://ladybugsflyhi.50megs.com Just prior to being injured at the Normal Public Library the Bloomington Illinois Police erred and smashed open my apartment door one afternoon while I was in the shower; instead of saying they were sorry, they chose to create a fake report about the incident and Bloomington police officer Sergeant Wikoff and a 25 year old, newly licensed social worker named Nicole Wilder smeared me in fake records to cover their own errors. I filed three lawsuits covering all three incidents and received justice for none of them; two were dismissed as having no material evidence and the library case was dismissed on the claim that no cause of action was shown and then a petition to the Supreme Court was denied. I still have all the evidence. I have an evidenced record of broken civil rights along the way. The law suits are finished in the Illinois Courts with clear evidence of being dismissed corruptly and a new law suit needs to be filed, separate from the three suits but arising out of the conglomeration of the three suits creating an entirely new suit which incorporates and shows three cases of corruption and “custom” of Illinois . Illinois has allowed gross miscarriage of justice and this 3-time event experienced by one individual reflects a corrupt custom of Mclean County and Bloomington Illinois which was supported by other places in Illinois and shows the corruption of Illinois . I now live in Springfield Illinois at a homeless shelter as I network help. I wish to sue The State of Illinois in the United States Supreme Court for miscarriage of justice; a State may be sued in the United States Supreme Court because the State of Illinois has shown intentional, willful, wanton reckless disregard for a person, which is the tort-immunity breaker, as all corruption is never protected by tort immunity. I need an Attorney. My address is Lynn Guevrekian PO Box 994 , Springfield , Illinois 62705 Phone: 217-717-9366 Email: Ladybugsflyhigher@hotmail.com
Below are some current events and some examples of what homelessness is about.

It's kind of like the Wizard of Oz.......

Dorothy: Oh, you're a very bad man!

The Wizard: Oh, no, my dear, I...I'm a very good man - I'm just a very bad Wizard.

Bush seems like a nice guy. And caring and compassionate. And even down-to-earth. But when it comes to running the most powerful country in the world, he has failed in many ways.

What do you think?

(No, I'm not bashing him. I respect him as our President. I am just expressing an opinion)

According to Ruben Navarrette Jr., columnist from the Washington Post Writers Group, because we cannot live without our gardeners and maids to keep up appearences, we "welcome" illegal immigration and thus continue the hypocracy. Hazelton is an old has-been coal mining town, I would know, I leave near it. The only reason why these illegals are migrating there is because its cheap. End of story. And trust me, Hazelton is not the only town with this problem in cen. PA...its just the only one that has a set to do anything about it! What complete rubish!! Is he blind?

We elected Obama in Illinois to a large part based on his promise to veterans to correct irregularities in disabled veterans compensation with regard to other states and territories. He went to Washington and sat on his dead behind and wrote two books. He then went on the road to cover the country doing book signings. After he had acted like Jessie Jackson and got his face on TV enough times he decided he wanted to run for president. What did he accomplish for the job that Illinois hired him to do? He is just another typical publicity hunting politician looking to see what he can get for himself. I don't care if Opra thinks he is the greatest thing since sliced bread, to me he is a nothing.

I've taken the ASVAB (98AFQT) Taken the DLAB (Scored 109) and I had a few questions about the rate.

I've found two lists of languages I qualify for based on scores, one had the upper tier languages at 105 (Korean, Chinese and Arabic) Another had it at 110.

-So how does language choice work?
-How does liberty work in the crytpo field?
-What are the chances of getting a language I want?
-And finally, what's the training/school life like?

Since Richard J. Daly is mainly responsible for JFK's victory in 1960, and Bill Daly's ineptness (son of JFK kingmaker Richard J. Daly) as Al Gore's campaign manager in 2000 contributed to Bush's presidency, and JFK inspired Bill Clinton to go into politics, and without Bill Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky, Al Gore is probably the President, is it fair to say that the Dalys, Gores, Clintons, and Lewinskys are mostly responsible for the War in Iraq?

whether you agree with the war or not, if we fail to bring some sense of normalcy back to Iraq, things will be horrible there for many years...why do you want us to just leave and have another Saigon where people are begging soldier to take them with them crying, handing over babies....what is the deal?

It seems like they don't want us to find out what our government is up to - the real reasons for the war in Iraq, the minutes of Cheney's secret energy meetings, the perjury of Scooter Libby, the lies of Alberto Gonzales, the refusal of so many other adminstration officials to testify before Congress, even when they're facing contempt citations - what do you think is behind it? We used to have an "open government."
