It's kind of like the Wizard of Oz.......

Dorothy: Oh, you're a very bad man!

The Wizard: Oh, no, my dear, I...I'm a very good man - I'm just a very bad Wizard.

Bush seems like a nice guy. And caring and compassionate. And even down-to-earth. But when it comes to running the most powerful country in the world, he has failed in many ways.

What do you think?

(No, I'm not bashing him. I respect him as our President. I am just expressing an opinion)

I agree. I can't dislike him TOO much, even though I disagree with most of his decisions. He does seem to have good intentions. Cheney, on the other hand, is just evil.

No, I think he is a decent person and he has been a very good President.

I disagree with some things, like his view on illegals. He is a little too leaning toward big business.

Other than that, great President.

His nice, compassionate, and caring thing is an act to get votes. He can play the ordinary guy all he wants, but he's just another entitlement-minded guy from a wealthy New England family, and his actions reflect that.

As a republican now leaning libertarian I agree.

He has not taken on the mullahs and still does not believe Islam is the true threat to society as we know it...

All this Islam is a religion of peace crap is just drivel.

I only differ in that I believe he's made acouple of ill-advised decisions, particularly in the areas of border security and communications. He's nowhere near as bad as the loopy leftys would have you believe.

I agree. I don't think he is a bad person, just makes bad decisions and is unwilling to admit his mistakes.

Yes, being an idiot doesn't mean you're a bad guy.
He should've stuck with drinking, baseball and losing money in the oil business and the country would've been better for it.
