Policy reads in full:
Smoking is prohibited during business hours, on company premises, and while conducting
business at customer sites. It is company’s preference to hire only non-smokers.

Company is not the owner of the building which resides in Pennsylvania. There are also remote offices throughout the US with individuals where this policy is not enforcable (especially since some of these offices reside inside personal residences.) There are also China offices where I am not sure if this policy even applies.

then why is it that the illegal MEXICAN immigrants are the only ones thay talk about? For that matter, why don't they try to get our government to cut all the beauracracy from the LEGAL immigration process so that there will be more incentive and people who want to enter legally won't have to wait for a decade to be cleared for their legal status?

I see sometimes people compare countries, but it doesn't hold water if you compare states.

Violent crime is way up in Mattapan, one of the remaining low-income areas in Boston.

The anti-gun nuts blame this on loose gun laws in other states, including Vermont.

By that logic, if access to guns causes gun violence, then the murder rate should be skyrocketing in Vermont and should have gone up there first and then spread to Mattapan.

But that's not what happened.

Caring about the victims of violent crime in poor neighborhoods means actually trying to solve the problem - not using it as a straw man to support a political agenda that has nothing to do with the actual problem. Yet that's what the Left does with this issue.

When did Congress pass a law that allows State Judges to allow identity theft. Defendant passed more than 100 bad checks and no bank fees. Defendant used many real and fake social security numbers.
State government, FBI and Social Security office say this is so common Judges and law enforcement routinely ignore laws. Honest people pick up the lose incurred by banks and merchants.

Any been a victim of identity theft and does not even know it? When did State Judges get the power to nullify federal laws? Google southdakotagov for court documents supporting the questions.

My ex of 2 years is suing for half-million dollars , due to what he claims was wrongful termination , after being arrested for domestic violence against me . the union through Brown County Mental Health ,has found an atty. for him in Madison , WI. By the way it is also coming out of Green Bay taxpayers . The term. letter stated that he could be a threat dealing with those who have mental illness ! I am the victim as his suit sits at the Supreme Court level . This is wrong , he said it has nothing to do with his performance at work (because this hapened at home). Arrested probation (that was a joke ), anger mgmt. never finished ! Was able to hire an atty. in Green Bay , WI. Royce Finne who got all of his charges dropped or reduced! If he should win this suit ,what are we telling abusers , ? Do I have any recourse to the said lawsuit if he wins for Domestic Violence ? Who do I contact, please don't tell me to start calling around . I lost everything !, Where are my rights ????

Unlike US troops Muslims are experts at killing other Muslims mostly because Muslims know who the terrorists are especially foreigners who make up most of Al Qaeda in Iraq.

There are about 25 Million Iraqi Shiites & Kurds to hunt down & kill Al Qaeda in Iraq. There are only about 150,000 US troops. Just do the math & you'll figure it all out.

YES POLLUITON IS A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED

As you can see Im a moderate Im just sick of people voteing either rep or dem. I think we need more then just 2 parties because nothing ever gets done. Just alot of heated arguments. When the rep screwed the dems in the senate the country voted dem and now their trying to screw the reps. Doesnt make a lot of sense if you ask me. If/when US troops leave Iraq, w/o having won the war & the Iraqi Shiites & Kurds (they hate Al Qaeda as much as Americans do) take over & outnumber Al Qaeda/insurgents by at least 10 to 1, how the heck would Al Qaeda turn Iraq into a terror state in which to plan & launch their attacks from?

If US troops left Iraq the Iraqi Shiites & kurds would immediately wipe Al Qaeda off the Iraq map & win the war on terror in Iraq w/o any US help.

So maybe that's why Bush wants to keep US troops in Iraq. It's not to stop the terrrorists (which he hasn't been able to do in 6 years) it's so Iraqi Shiite & Kurd Muslims don't get credit for winning the war on terror in Iraq which would be extremely embarrassing for Bush.

I live in a condo and i had the maintnence man come herew caue ouer one toilet does not flush. He says they cannot fix it because they have to shut the water off in the whole complex so they said they cant fix it. I have not stayed here for a few days cause of this. Its a 1 bathroom. Can they even do that???

Why should MP's be allowed to reward themselves an increase in pension contributions from the tax payer and salary increases from us the tax payer then disallow the lowest paid nurses parity in wage scale of the Police. Last week my house got broken into. I moved out the next day. I felt very unsafe living there after that. I'm a single mother with 2 small children. My landlord is now trying to make me pay for the remainder of my lease (which isn't up until Feb 08) and trying to make me pay for the door. I did not break my door in, the intruders did. I also paid a $400 deposit. The house (other than the back door) is in the same shape as when I moved in. I even cleaned everything up really nice. I live in Alabama by the way if that makes a difference. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

If this was the headline tomorrow ..that Iraq is asking the USA to leave immediately and to remove all of its troops from Iraqi territory before the end of September, and that they have cut a deal with Iran to help stabilize their country.
