Why should MP's be allowed to reward themselves an increase in pension contributions from the tax payer and salary increases from us the tax payer then disallow the lowest paid nurses parity in wage scale of the Police. Nobody votes because we the tax payer hold them in contempt, lower than time share salesman.

Could you run an office with no expenses? Would you pay yourself a pittance when the average constituency is 60,000 people?

Sven Goran Erickson earns 3million a year for looking after about 30 players, Brown earns less than 200k for looking after 60 million people.

And the average nurses wage is about 22.5k. With good holiday and pension and a 37 hour working week. (we have 4 in the family, 1 of which earns 28.5k) Not bad when they don't have 60,000 constituents under them. Can we take it your a nurse. Mick

Well in my house we have a cop and a nurse, and actually we see lots of people on benefit getting more than us! I am not joking!
We get nowt for free. We pay for everything. I see my single mother mates out with more money than me, and I trained three years to be a nurse.
We get no help at all from the state, as we dont qualify.
