I recently got introuble for drugs, something my exboyfriend did, but it is federal and i would like to do something like join the national guard anything instead of going to prison or something!! im only 20 and i was attending school and had a job, this was not suppose to happen to me! what can i do??????

Talk to a recruiter. I have seen this work. It is possible, but not probable. You need a judge that is willing to let it happen. It depends on the overall story. If you have not been in trouble before, have an education, etc... then the odds are better.

But trust me, the military doesn't want a bunch of crack heads. So you really have to be an innocent "victim" of the situation.

It wasn't supposed to happen to you?
Your first step is to quit blaming every body but yourself. Then, you'll have a chance to make something out of this.

Sorry, drug bust is a disqualifying factor. If its your boyfriends fault, turn states evidence and ask for leniency and hope the judge believes you. Then learn from your mistake and keep away from dirt bags.

Sometimes they'll be able to pardon a drug offense my nephew got in with 2 DUI's.

you can talk to a recruiter, they can get you a waiver if you qualify.
