I wanna come there in America but where I'm I they don't give us the "visa"

If you are from a country with a large number of economic migrants, and unless you are able to overcome the presumption of being an intending immigrant, then you are probably correct in assuming that you would not be approved for a non-immigrant visa. An immigrant visa would require that someone be in a legitimate position to petition for you. Otherwise, short of refugee status, you would not be able to enter legally.

You must be from a country that have many that have had visas to the USA and didn't return, so the others before you have made it harder for the ones that want to come a visit. All you can do is keep applying and hope that you get a visa.
