If he did this, doesn't it mean he had plenty of time to plan the murder/suicide? Maybe steroid use results in diminished capacity to reason, not just product rage!

From what I have been told about "roid rage," it only last for a few seconds. Benoit's wife's arms and legs were bound before she was killed. It just took too long to occur. By the time would have had her tied up the rage would have warn off.

"roid rage" could cause him to shoot his wife, or kill her by blunt trauma to the head but not in the way he killed her or his son.

No way to tell why he did it or how long it was going on.

I don't think it "proves" anything at this point.
