Imagine some patient's family institute malicious, frivolous charge & proceeding of criminal negligence against some doctor ;
despite knowing that there is no just or lawful ground for such charge & proceeding.
They do so with intent ;
to take revenge of their relative's death under that Dr.'s care,
to cause sufferings to Dr
to cause harm to his reputation & professional status.
Can that aggrieved Dr. prosecute that patient's family for instituting false charge & proceeding in criminal court of India?
Can that aggrieved Dr. get monetary compensation for all damages he suffered because of them in civil court of India?

I'm tired of all these liberal wacko communists saying how Bush should be impeached. First off, he's done nothing wrong. All he did was help Libby avoid prison time for a a sentence that was unjustified. The whole Libby thing was nothing but a setup and a witch hunt to make Bush look bad. Honestly, these people who do this have no shame.

People have been whining for years for all types of ridiculous reasons why Bush should be impeached and I'll tell you why they want to do this even more now.

They know that they will loose the presidential election in 2008 becaue Obama and Clinton couldn't beat any Republican candidate with their hands tied behind their backs.

Clinton will win the Democratic nomination in 2008 (at least I hope she will) because there is no way on earth she can be elected president because she's too polarizing.

I think what I just mentioned has a lot to do with why Democrats are so nasty. They know they will loose again, so they are getting desperate.

I have a friend who has warrants for unpaid tickets in Texas he plans to move back to California if he gets pulled over can he get arrested? He has a California license, if he has to register his car again there will they let him? What if he's in the process of paying them, will it still affect him?

saying things like "My wife is so absorbed in life and complains all the time. " and "You're so lovable and sweet, I could eat you up...or lick you up." and even more graphic things. Flirting is one thing, but he tells me that he masterbates and thinks of me as his true wife! OMG!!!
I know he's lonely, and when he calls his actual wife he says she only rants and complains. I try to explain that she's lonely too, and she feels like she's got no help. I remind him that I complain and rant to my husband, but he says he could never believe that with how uplifting my notes are to him. He writes me almost everyday. She takes care of their child and his 3 older children.
How can I make him understand that I do not want to be part of the wedge that drives him and his wife apart, without canceling contact, as I think he would be devastated. I include Bible scripture in my notes to him and he loves hearing about my kids and their doings! He even tells me that he'd be a great dad to them!

And everyone can have a group hug and pat themselves on the back.
What will any supporters do to change their own consumption. We saw the Rock Stars won't.
I see people everyday in their SUV's, Minivans, 8 cylinder gas guzzling 15 mile per gallon, pollution belching vehicles with their "Stop Global Warming" bumper sickers.
I am a 47 year old Republican who quit driving last year and commutes in a business suit on a bicycle, aided by electric power.
Would any or all of you be willing to do that 2 days a week?
Or will the Limosuine crowd, wait for someone else to fix it while raising our "Awareness"?

building 7 wasn't damaged bad, but it fell like a plan demo takes place.the wtc buildings were found to have there core steel sheared on angles like they do on planed demo jobs .this convences me it wasn't all terroist.and security was shut down for two weeks with no servalence being taken ,.and the bomb sniffing dogs were removed why why why.call me conspireicy thearist if you want or just say back off before they actually get cought. its hard letting murders get away with killing just because there in high places sorry.

The US Congress years ago created their own retirement plan. This plan is not the screwed up Social Security system we peons are supposed to be getting. Their plan provides 100% of their salaries, very generous medical benefits, to name a few, upon their retirement until they die. And when they die, their spouses continue to receive these same benefits. And they contribute NOTHING to these plans financially while they are "working" in office; it is all paid for by their constituents, the lowly US taxpayer. And yet, they continue to stick the rest of us with a Social Security system that they have plundered for uses other than what it was intended for, and they refuse to do the hard work necessary to clean it up. Instead, you can bet your next paycheck that their eventual "fix" will include higher taxes, reduced benefits and and a higher age of retirement. But you also bet that they will not touch their own plan, unless they do so to fatten it up even more.

i've been in for about six months now and i've realized i can't do it. the navy is a lifestyle i'm just not made for and now i want to get out because it's really affecting me and my spouse. i'm depressed and angry all the time and i've been suffering from insomnia and my grades in "A" school are dropping. my wife and i have been drifting apart because i'm never at home. is there a way for me to get out without messing up my life? if so what would happen to my wife and i while we're waiting for the paperwork to be processed? only answer if you have some actual advice. if all you want to do is harp about how i should fufill my duties, go bother somebody else.

Heres why: He opposed tax increases, opposed the Iraq war from the beginning, and votes against any bill that violates the constituton. He also voted against the patriot act. He is pro-life. Does not believe in gun control.


Democrat-John Edwards
Heres why: He is focused on eliminating poverty, fighting global warming and getting a universal health care. He was the first democratic candidate to release plans for universal health care including price estimates.

I know that most of who people want to be president is largly based upon their own beliefs (if that makes sense) but i think these two are the best choices (only my opinion dont jump on me)

What is maximum amount of money that can be claimed by some plaintiff as compensation for damages in civil courts of India for the defamation
& for the malicious false proceedings ?
What civil courts of India do when; suppose some defendant looses the case & is orderded to pay compensation money FAR BEYOND his whole life's earnings & property?
e.g.suppose someone has to pay compensation of 20 carores BUT his total earnings and property cost only 20 lacs
In such cases do they send some defendant jail because of non payment?
