me personally, I think he did it to drag the U.S. into a war in the Middle East... that he thought we wouldn't be able to win... he figured we would go to Afghanistan though and get bogged down like the soviets... spend billions, get many killed, drag down the economy...

much to his surprise though... we didn't in Afghanistan... but then we went to Iraq and did it...

The is no proof Bin Laden carried out 9/11. The tape of Bin Laden wasn't even Bin Laden (fact). The FBI even admitted there was no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to the 9/11 attacks (fact). Some of the highjackers are still alive chillin in Saudi Arabia (fact).

I personally do not think he was responsible for it.I distrust most everything our government tells us. I think 9-11 happened though so that there would be justification for this Administration wanting to go to war with Afghanistan and Iraq. It was definitely part of a greater plan.

I heard a liberal say that Osama attacked America on 9/11

Because Bush invaded Iraq in 2003.

True story, im not making it up.

Now im not saying all liberals are so educationally challenged

I just put that one in the same category as those people who say Bush did 9/11 so he could invade Iraq.

You figure any American smart enough to carry off 9/11 secretly, so we could invade Iraq, would have been smart enough to make the fake hijackers, Iraqi's , instead of Bush's so called bussom buddies, the Saudi's.

Yea, that must be it, Bush wanted to invade afghanistan and iraq, so he decided to fake a terrorist attack and say countrymen of his bestest buddies Saudi, did it.

Yea, thats the ticket !!!!!!!!!

Wow, I finally figured it out.

Will the CIA be knocking on my door by morning ??

Ut oh, I hear Black helicopters circling over my house.

Help
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In his not so rational mind, I think he believed that he was defending the Islamic states from Israel and from the US troops stationed in Saudi Arabia.

I don't think that he had anything to do with it. Shortly after 9/11 he put out an audio tape claiming that he had nothing to do with it. He has always gladly taken credit for his terrorist acts in the past, it makes no sense for him to deny this one if he had in fact done it.

He didn't .... he's just the 'patsy'(that's if he's even still alive -that is!)

Cheney and his part in 9/11 -there's a good question! (drills , stand down orders, air traffic emergency procedures ignored.....)

I am in agreement that it wasn't Osama. Personally, I believe that the zionists had some part of it, along with Bush.

I agree with most people here, that the culprit is closer to home, and was paid by Bush.

Actually he was caught of gaurd by our invasion of Afganistan. He did it because we best represent secular western society. And the first people he will come after if he wins is those on the left who supported him. So stop pandering to him.
