Several mayors have been found to be corrupt in the LA area. Vilaragosa of L.A. has also been found to be guilty of Campaign finance impropriety. He's also suspected of recieving money from developers. The LA Times did an article about the number of hispanic politicians being charge of crimes. Do you think that so many Hispanics coming into the US is bringing their tolerance to corruption? I have seen some troubling events in Glendale that might indicate possible corruption in their city government, due to the Armenian immigrants as well. DO you believe that racism and fear of immigrants is causing unusual scrutinization of the Hispanics. I have seen many African American mayors charge as well. There is the Korean congressman from Diamond bar, and some Caucasian congressman accepting bribe in San Diego as well. Please do not violate people if you think their comments is racist. I am asking for incite in racism as well and doing so would cheat the rest of us.

I know that you could go to the school's own site in order to find out the application requirements, but some of the schools i have been searching for doesn't give all the details-- like what the LSAT score needs to be in order to get in. My Husband is in a hospital in germany...and i have a military ID but i do not have a passport so given the circumstance how do i get family Travel

i bought a car yesterday from a small dealership, one owner and one employee. the car was advertised that it has ABS and cruise control.
i knew about the cruise control b4 buying the car but ABS after, i was so pissed because that's a major feature to me. i called and threatened to sue if i don't get a refund, they said ok. i returned the car but he said when the checks clears he will refund me, he took all the papers from me except the receipt and he wrote on the back of it that will refund checks. am i safe or no?
i called my bank and they said he already cashed the check this morning. please help

We are wasting Billions on bigger government the inept Bush Administration created! We already had a Department of Defense..we could have centralised a department within the department to work with local law enforcement and to collate services. Homeland Security is a trite attempt at making it look like our so-called leaders are responding appropriately to terrorists. Just like invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11...These are all scare tactics to make the current administration look usefull, when in fact, we the tax payer are being bled for TRILLIONS of dollars!

Democrats used to be what every true American should be like. They were great and actually fell through with what they said. It seems ever since FDR, who let the Soviets influence the Democrat Party, the Democrats have either lost their balls or stopped caring about their country, or both. You have Pelosi, who is Socialist, and goes and deals with terrorists like the President of Syria without permission, and Vermont, one of the most Liberal countries in the US besides Massachussetts, which wants to become its own country because it thinks America is a failure and they don't want to support America. And you have Hillary Clinton, who can't decide whether she supported the Iraq War or not. What an embarassment to this country.

Say I start my work day Midnight. I work for 8 hours, plus I get asked to work 7 more hours. I rest for one hour and I go back to work for another 8 hours. Now that is 23 hours in a 24 hour day. I rest for 6 hours, go back to work, and work 11 more hours.
When was I, leagally under Canadian Federal law to say that I can stop work.

Is my company following Federal laws? What are my legal working rights under Federal law? Does this not qualify under Federal law but under Provincal laws?

I have the read the Canada Labour code Part II-Consolidation Working Copy-Regulations Respecting Occupational Health and Safety.- January 2003

But this deals only with the outside hazards.Not the human being.

My husband's friend wants to get his permit...he has a moped, but was caught by police, I helped him with the drug course thing now he needs his learners permit, but he can't read, and he has to have the questions explained to him. and then he understands them, will the DMV spend the time to explain each question? and what can I do to help him pass before his court date July 7?
