Beccca Get in touch with your base Command and the Red Cross, and get it in gear. Call Command right now and then the Red Cross, Command will help you with Passport (prob in 24 Hours) Red Cross with Transportation, Do it A.S.A.P and you will be with your Husband in short order. You were given a Phone Number last night to Wounded Soldiers help. They can also help you.

Don't worry about wasting time waiting for a passport!!! Because you are his wife, and he is in Germany due to an injury, you can fly there to be with him just on your Military ID!!!
All you need is the letter from his Commander, which should be ready very quickly!!! And, if Im not mistaken, the military will pay for your flight!!!

Yes, contact his command, also you can get a Rush passport in 3 days. It costs quite a bit, but it can be done if you are near a passport office ( I am near DC, and was able to get it done quickly)

Call the number on the link above, you can ask someone about a rush passport :)

you can't. you absolutely need a passport.

even with Orders, you need a passport, all the orders will do will negate the need for visas and other paperwoprk to enter Genrmany and allow you to stay for as long as necessary.

His command should be able to take care of everything. Have you talked to anyone from his command yet?
