My car didn't run so I gave it to this guy for free. I just wanted it out of my driveway. I gave him the title, but he has never legally taken ownership of it. It turns out he got the car to run and driving around uninsured and getting parking tickets. The registration is suspended because there is no insurance. I receieved several notice from the DMV that the vehicle needs to be insured and now I received a parking ticket that is under my name. I told the guy before but he won't listen. What can I legally do to him?

Republicans have more logical stable answers.
Democrats have theories that are risky and wishful.
For Example
Amnesty
Republicans Lets keep our nation together and get illegal aliens out and not give free citizenship like private property.
Democrats Lets allow all illegal imagrants free citizenship and raise everyone's taxes and hope for market success and get more votes.(I cant think else why they would allow amnesty)

War on Iraq
Republicans - Lets stay and finish what we started, it is a war on terrorism and it's not only for America but for the rest of the World. Leaving the Middle East is not an option, America is not a stuck up nor selfish country and the war also creates many jobs and gives families oppurtunities.
Democrats- Lets leave the Middle East, have minimal troops to patch Iraq, and hope Iraq makes a government and supports itself. 3500 Americans died all for nothing, so we are bringing them out. We should never have gone.
Do you agree with the statements?

Which years were the best in terms of least stressful + better benefits and rules to deal w/ (in the past 4 years I've noticed quite a change in tricare overseas and snipping things away from the army budget in quality of life for family members)?

It almost seems as if the best years to be a mil. spouse +/career soldier(not infantry, spec. forces/rangers, etc., etc) was from 1980-2000 since all that was major that went on was the gulf war.

So many e6 are getting out and are rumored to have said the army changed so much in the past few years. I don't blame them. I would be unhappy as a soldier w/ the current administration + retarded leadership from way above, and I'm definitely not enjoying being a military spouse. The sacrifices made by my husband and our family don't return close to what is put in. Stop loss is my major issue. Anyway, kudos to those who have the patience to deal w/ the service as a career member or spouse. Am amazed at how you do it + wonder why.

Just last week I was unknowingly on an Indian reservation and one of the "security officers" told me that they could impound my car for trespassing and charge me $10,000 to get it back. If I would have gotten in my car and ran from the tribal police and gotten back on to american soil, would i get into trouble?

I was watching some crazy Mexican soap opera earlier today and I was shocked at the various commercials talking about how great it is to join the marines etc. I find it "interesting” that the U.S government is spending a lot of money on these commercials in order to gain more Mexican recruitment. For me this is yet another example of the government trying to exploit Mexicans because they view them as cheap, Dispensable labor.... and for you racist pigs that are probably going to answer, let us not forget that Mexican Americans and won the most medals after WWII and have yet to receive recognition. And please do not answer this question if you are ignorant I'm only looking for replies from intelligent people.

Both western culture and vietnamese and iraqui culture differ, yet people managed to create families and lives together. How many years do you think it will take of occupying iraq until the same flow of u.s. military marrying iraquis occurs?

Also, Korea is teeming w/ orphans left behind by u.s. military fathers, are people noticing mixed iraqui-american children wandering around Iraq yet.

It has to be bound to happen the longer the occupation--I just wonder how long...

Ok. you graduated from H.School about a year ago. About the same time you were hired (got a job), lost the job recently. Owe over $ 1000.00 in credit.. (around $ 1400.00) still getting higher. Owe $ 300.00 on a phone. You hate your life right now & have a large family. They never help. You can't goto them.No food most of the time. Little sister always making fun of you because your still living with your family (she is to), have no car, (no job), no life...and your at age 20. Father is truly annoying and doubts your life will ever go anywhere at all. Doubts you'll even goto college. Mother never went to college. At the moment youv'e got nothing to live for (guess). Are sad, depressed, stressed, angry. No friends basically. Nothing. Nothing but as far as 'what you see is what you get'. (hellish pain basically) However there is a possibility to change all of that. You hear about the U.S. Military. To me it seems like heaven. But the only thing that is stop you from going is death. should u join?will u die?
