Such investigations mean just filling papers that will get attached in a file. What will be the further fate of the matter no one say, definitely High Court fears foul play & it may be the case but if this get exposed by such an investigation that’s the question. 13 years is a big time period for getting any piece of evidence destroyed & in this case if there ever existed any evidence it must have evaporated by now so I see hardly any thing coming out of this CBI investigation. Even if there was any witness to the matter such a person must have gone out of the place of incidence & to trace such a person if still alive is another issue that CBI has to do. Its always best for the immediate investigation in any criminal matter to keep the evidence intact & safe for its production in the court, after 13 years its very difficult firstly to procure it & secondly to prove its originality.
