I got a speeding ticket. However where i was driving was not anysign of speed that gives clue what is the speedlimit, cop told me that speedlimt is 55 and i was going 70 which i dont deny, cause i was late to work, however i was following the traffic, cause everyone was going over 65 for sure and i know that, but cop pulled me over, (only me not others). I think he thought i was a gang member because of my red hat and red shirt...and he did not know what to do and gave me a ticket (thats my opinion). He didnt pull over the car in front of me or behind me...and me got pulled over, he wrote the ticket for 76 and climed that i was driving 79.. but i am 100000% sure i was going 70....... and one more thing i told him 10 times that i was going 70 and he admited that i was going 70 but the ticket was for 76...what should i do ? do i have any chances of winning my case???
Thanks alot.....

Scientists, teachers, researchers, professors, social workers, writers, artists, and others define success in non-monetary ways, but the least educated, least informed, most fundamentalist far right Fox News and hate radio lemmings continually attack these people.

Why? Because they fear and loath what they refuse to understand, or worse - are incapable of understanding.

...tie him up or whatever. Can you torture (exact the same amount of inflict bodily harm) towards that criminal that he used on you and your family? Once you have an offender under control, can you by law still kill that person and still call it self defense? Or are there laws that prevent you from doing this... like a small scale version of the Geneva Convention?

What would have been your response to the attack on the Twin Towers etc? If you can agree that 911 was an act of war against the US. What would have been your response and or solution if you were Commander In Chief aka President of the USA at that time.

Me & my girlfriend had just seen a movie and we went back to her apartment for me to drop her off. I went home and about 2 hours ago I get a call that someone broke into her complex and then quickly ran out when he heard her. She was not screaming but was on the telephone in her bedroom and I suppose she didnt hear the person.. I went over there to find the door handle smashed and the deadbolt hammered in. Nothing was stolen but I was wondering what should be done if anything, because this is odd for it to happen in an apartment. I live in Memphis & she lives in Cordova which is about a 15 minute drive from here.

Was the "Mission" actually to create a pre-trained and ideologically motivated insurgency that would help accomplish this administrations true goal; A long drawn out war that would be used to funnel huge amounts of US money into the hands of Contractor cronies of Bush and his father in order to bilk this country out of billions. It is in affect the most successful and largest con job ever played.

I have a US passport, and no other. I wasn't born here, but was born in the Middle East. I don't have any other passport except the US one.. I've lived in CA since I was 5 (had a greencard at the time. My dad still has one, but my mom became a citizen years ago. I had to get an emergency passport (got it very quickly) for travel outside the US, and I no longer have a greencard. I know that doesn't technically make me a citizen, so what DOES it make me? I don't know what to check off on applications... should I take the citizenship test and, if so, why?

...Where, online, can I find footage of Bill Clinton during his 1994 Presidential campaign with his campaign song "Don't Stop" by Fleetwood Mac playing in the background.

For example, the song playing as he is walking on stage to give a speech?

Please, don't just say youtube or similar sites, please provide a link. I've searched a lot and haven't had much luck.

we voted a union in due to some very bad policies and the fact they are self insured and are not paying any of the medical bills they are supposed ot pay. so far has been a failure as they will not negociate with us in good faith. now the union is saying strike and i do not wish to lose my job( even though it might be a good thing, just hate to see them get away with all the money the employee's paid in), i have always been under the impression that without a signed contract it is a wildcat and we can be terminated, is this true??

"If you want to kill the bill," Bush said, "if you don't want to do what's right for America, you can pick one little aspect out of it, you can use it to frighten people. Or you can show leadership and solve this problem once and for all, so the people who wear the uniform in this crowd can do the job we expect them to do."

anyone tired of this moron pretending to know wtf he's talking about?

Ok my dad is a Marine Corp veteran and attained the rank of Corporal (now he is a homicide detective in a police department), and my grandpa (his father) is a Vietnam War veteran and I think his rank was perhaps Private or Specialist. Anyway my fiance is joining the Army right after we graduate from high school in a few weeks and even though both of them are extremely patriotic (my mom and his mom are against the Iraqi war and are trying to dissuade him) but he made up his mind plus as his wife and the mother of his children we will receive govt benefits. Ok their concern is that the soldiers when they engage the enemy do not receive support from helicopters sending in more soldiers to help the soldiers in trouble. They say that the three kidnapped soldiers is a prime example of that because they had to send a ground force to help them and it was too late. To be honest I didn't completely understand what they were saying but they seem adamant in their belief.

I watched a movie titled "The Man Who Never Was". The story tells about the british military planting fake letters from top military on the body of a dead man and letting him drift on shore in Spain where the German counsulate would look at his documents and pass on the false info regading invading Greece to make Hitler move his troops out of Italy so they could take control.
