I think it really bad the amount of bad things been said about the publicity about this case. What you need to do is ask yourself a few questions in terms of why this story has had so much coverage. There are several reason one been that the family have created the publicity and the fact they are in a foreign country and the police system is vastly different to here in the UK. The fund that has been set up by go to helping other lost kids as confirmed by the family and many press sources. Anyone that thinks the press coverage is over indulgent obviously doesn’t have a heart or kids themselves. I think after/if the little girl is found then people can voice opinions anything else at the moment is just plain heartless. If you don’t like the press coverage it is simple don’t watch it you have a choice. The thing is if people didn’t want to watch it, it wouldn’t be on. I realise there are lots of missing kids but it is up to the family to adopt the same strategy as the McCann’s if they want the same level of media interest. I don’t think there is any room for comments like get a “grip” it is insulting to people who actually care.

Hey it is Flag Day think of our troops!
Since our society will never have to have war rationing’s again; a few mental health professionals are donating their office and a few hours a month to some of our young veterans. These are fine professional doctors who realize our new veteran’s only need their expertise until the VA medical centers are properly funded enough to step into the 21st century. Several law firms in Washington, DC have offered their time, pro bono to help our new veterans through this slow broken system. Every time you see our flag think of what you can do to help. Our local colleges can even help by offering in their paralegal courses a four credit class on "veteran benefits law". Look at our flag and do something for those who have sacrificed so much to protect. Many are still fighting a war to just receive proper medical treatment

I like seeing the support the troops magnets as a soldier, but honestly I think they are well intentioned people who bought them but don't really support the troops.
The best and easiest way to support the troops is to give them a handshake and a simple "thank-you" . That's all it takes and its all we really want.
If you are inclined to do more the best thing you can do is send care packages. I recieved many of them from

and it make my 1 year vacation in the desert a lot nicer.
As for communism, we support China as an entire nation, they have us right where they want us and there isn't a lot we can do about it.

Hard to say. You could be supporting capitalism in China as well. China is a very complex country. Some of its practices, in certain parts, could be called more capitalist than what goes on in the United States. Other areas of the economy are more controlled. Some industries are communist in name only.

Well seeing as how they are a nation with favorite nation status with the US you are supporting them whether you like it or not. The only little thing I'd like to add is that China is slowly allowing a little bit of the economy to go free market. This technically means that we are support fascism since fascism is in the middle of the political spectrum.

China is no longer a true communist state. they are moving toward a capitalism. it fits better in their industrialization. they are supporting independent businesses and at least GM is building cars there.
