No. That is like saying to the illegals that we give up. If we create any kind of amnesty then we might as well tear down the little border patrol we do have, make it not necessary to be a citizen for anything and just let the illegals take over the country. Start boning up on your Spanish if the bill passes because the flood of illegals will only get worse. The worst of it is that terrorists are sneaking across the border along with the illegal immigrants.

The problem with the press these days, is its pwn by people who want to control our thoughts. Don't care about what people think, but what you think. Be inform, but don't trust the source a hundred percent.
Most survesys are asked with a biased or slanted question. Plus most don't realize what the immigration bill states.
I foubd a section that said that some Felons would still qualify for the Z visa.
I might have tolerated the bill if this wasn't there. What kind of statement does this make for our society. Not only we tolerate people who violated our law, but We welcome those who in addition commited a serious crime.

No, amnesty is in simple terms an open invitation for extra illegals to return to our united states of america. we'd desire to enforce the immigration regulations we've. I understand why human beings decide to return to our united states of america. we've the main freedoms interior the international and in case you artwork no longer elementary you will be triumphant. besides the shown fact that, our united states of america isn't great adequate nor do we've the materials to assimilate all the persons who choose to return right here.

Actually I don't know of ANYONE who agrees with the immigration reform bill. Don't always believe what you read because the government controlls the media.

That's not true. Most Americans are not for it at all! That's why they haven't passed anything as of yet. Look at the polls. The vast majority of Americans say NO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS.

Never believe everything you read, especially an editorial.
There was a massive amnesty program in the early 1980s. Since there are plans to do it again, I would say it didn't work the first time.

I know very few people that agree with amnesty. I like most of the people that I am arround believe that yes anyone is welcome in America if they follow the right channels to get here. If it wasn't for polititions looking at the aliens as what they are people who are breaking the law, and looking at them as votes, along with the media that is wants to have a story and move the media's political agenda along, we would actually hear what most of America wants.

well in short...YES but i have a logical reason.
i know its wrong for people to just walk in the country illegally...but thats partially our governments fault. if you don't lock the bakery at night, you gonna find fat people all over it the next day. we should have sealed those boarders long time ago. and i dont think its too late yet.....and they will be sealed now.....or at least thats my prediction....that illegals will get amnesty but the borders will be sealed SUCCESSFULLY this time.
and ethically.....i feel that its just wrong as a human being to just kick em out, back to h*ell hole. i mean most illegals have stayed here for decades and i feel that its just wrong to kick them out and ruin their life......but thankfully there is a neutral ground here and hopefully our government will make the right decisions.......we should seal the boarders tight, kick 'recent' illegals who have not lived here for many years and kick all the criminals. that way we don't have to kick 14+ million illegals out and have a civil war, loose work force but at the same time reducing illegal population and sealing boarders.

No I do not agree with amnesty. These people are here ILLEGALLY. By definition that makes them CRIMINALS. They should be rounded up, photographed, required to submit a DNA sample (all of this so we can keep track of them should they try to come back illegally), and DEPORTED. If they want to try to enter the country legally, then by all means enter, but before they can they should be required to have a minimal understanding of ENGLISH.

They just SAY that it's "most" Americans who agree with that reform bill ... they are afraid to let it go to a real "Vote of the People" because they know what the vote would end up being, by an overwhelming majority ...

... DEPORTATION WITH NO EXCEPTION!
