Example - the price of an American car is increased by $1,500 due to health care costs. This puts US manufacturers at an automatic disadvantage compared with Japanese and German auto makers, whose workers enjoy some form of universal health care.

Is there another way?

I know in the United States we have Native American Month, Asian Month, African American Month, Hispanic Month, Women's month, but we dont have a month for Caucasion Month. I mean hasn't the white people dont some great things in history too. So why don't we have a celebration of those accomplishments.

Barack Obama has now told America that he wants to figure out how much money rich people actually "need," and then seize a good portion of whatever is left! Nice, huh?

And i thought Communism was dead

If we had the media of today during the second world war, would they have encouraged us to pull out by constantly showing the fatalities, civilian deaths, etc (as they do today with the Iraqi war)? Or, were Americans different then in their respect for the military and understanding of military deaths? We all know the amount of soldiers killed in the Iraqi war (given daily by media), but that doesn’t even compare to the deaths in WWII (civilian and military). However, the media treats the Iraqi war deaths as if a significant number of our forces are KIA (which is flat out not true). We lost more men in the invasion of Europe than we have in the entire Iraqi war for an example. What do you think?

Some advocate breaches the privacy of his female client without asking her,
Later when woman comes to know about it she does not mind it & doesn't want to take any action.
Here advocate's ---jealous--- co-worker gets this information somehow.
Can he file a complaint against that advocate & get him punished even when woman is not supporting it?

HATE CRIMES

"The problem with defining a crime as a HATE CRIME is that it's a classic definition of a distinction without a difference. It says that if someone assaults you because he hates you for the color of your skin, it's deserving more of a punishment than if someone assualts you because he likes the color of your money." (Investor's Business Daily)

If we add sexual orientation to hate crimes, is this protecting civil liberties or establishing a national thought police?

My son who is 17 received a summons for possession of cannabis. This incident happened 11 months ago. He has turned his life around since then, got a good job, and this has come to haunt him. Is it illegal for the police to sit on a summons for that length of time.

Someone E-Mailed me, recently. He stated that he was getting good responses. Because he was "exposing The Presidents haters"
..................(think about that).....................

My attempt at getting him to explain a reason for it? Has yet gone unanswered.

Our President is Elected with Votes. Not with how many haters are exposed. I suggest that we all take a look at our Priorites.

To the person who made that statement: Do you wish to show who you are? Respectfully explain how effective that's gonna be?

Can anyone explain how, `exposing the haters'. Can get either Party Elected? `Cause this old Redneck, can't figure it out.

The Power is in the Vote. Not the hatred!

Don't you agree?

I'm a Democrat all the way, but I guess I better to learn to skip over the Republican questions and answers. It is not helping matters when I get a message from an asker attacking me because I don't share his views.
Are any of you dems out there having problems or getting nasty messages from those who love the gop and hate the dems?
Isn't it my right to think what I want and isn't this a country of free speech?
I've been accused of twisting the Bible and hating rebubs just because i don't share the republican view.
