Sticky situation...My housemate provides daycare in her home for 8, sometimes more children (infants and toddlers) by herself. She has NO license to provide this care and more often than not, she has difficulty providing each of the children with quality care. As a mother myself, I have to say that sometimes the care given is questionable. Her income from this is incredible- over $1,000/wk. I rent a room there with my daughter and can no longer ignore the situation. What do I do?

What actions can I take if this person is spreading vicious untrue rumors about me to other co-workers (including my boss) and also to other places that I could potentially be employed? Do I need to consult a lawyer, and if so, can you point me to one? Thank you all for your time.

.
We dropped a nuclear bomb on Hiroshima and another on Nagasaki. We are the only country to have done this, albeit with reason. Ever since the Manhattan Project, our scientists have continued with the development of more and more sophisticated nukes.
Today we have an arsenal of over ten thousand nuclear warheads. We also maintain several facilities. but not all are actively producing nuclear weapons. And of course, we do not know where all of the facilities are located. Thus we do not know what, where and how such nuclear weapons are stored. We do know that uranium is stored in our facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Untold billions are spent on our defense. Comparatively speaking other countries now seek nuclear weapons also. There are spies and operatives worldwide. I wonder then, just how secure our facilities are, and again just who (other countries)have the same or similar satellite capabilities as are used by the United States.
Hence my question as aforementioned

Here is a copy of a lawsuit she filed against Bush. She accused him of statutory rape and forcing her to have an abortion. Shortly after filing this lawsuit she was found dead and her death was ruled a suicide. Is this a media blackout?

He lied under oath. plain and simple. He said during 3 different hearings, the last time last week, that he did not know, or could not recall who made the list of attorneys to be fired. Now today, AFTER McNulty resigned, he said it was McNullty's fault. So that was perjury during the hearings. He did recall, but refused to say, and lied about it. Clinton got impeached over a lie. Bye Bye Gonzales?

I was watching the movie Crash (2004) and Terrence Howard's character gets ridiculed by his wife because he acts white. Why is it that if you are a black american, you are expected to act a certain way such as being able to speak proper English and if you don't then you are an Uncle Tom or whatever they want to say. What's worse is that is other black americans that are doing this sterotype to eachother.

My sister landed in a little bit of trouble. She works at a Motel and she was stripping the beds when her boss walked in and started hitting on her and grabbing her. She told him to please go away, but he insisted. She thought he had left and was getting the dirty towels from the bathroom and he trapped her and tried to kiss her. At this point she ran away and locked herself into another room where she called for help. The police told her that she can't file any sexual assult charges unless she was completly unclothed. She told him to leave, and he's done it to plenty more people. He owns an apartment complex and the people that live there, don't pay him rent. They pay him in "another way". I don't think it's right that she had to have been completly unclothed. Can you give me some more information?

Someone vandalized my property and I got them to sign a police report admitting to it. We had our lawyer write up a contract of repayment that she signed. The lawyer didn't add to that contract any terms or consequences of her not paying which has happened. I wanted to know when I could start charging interest from and the maximum amount I could charge her.

Thanks

Take a chill pill here ppl and READ the rest of the question.. BEFORE answering please...

Hitler caused massive structural damage to Great Britain (that was !)

Has Tony Blair succeeded in causing irreversible structural damage to Health System, Education System, The Public Sector system, not to forget Agricultural communities - .. ALL the backbone of Great Britain - (that once was)?

Make no mistake here ppl in my meaning -

Hitler cause damage to buildings that have been rebuilt.

Tony Blair has caused irreversible damage to the BACKBONE of Britain... and we all know what happens when the backbone is broken....
