I know how sometimes america pushes to much on other countrys to do things our way but besides with american helping out and just doing what it does I think some countrys should just become states. For example canada or isreal.

I'd go with 49, I'm fine giving California back to the Mexicans. Can you imagine Disneyland with beggars and hookers and all the drugs you can consume. Fantastic.

Puerto Rico would be a good candidate for 51st state - but they keep voting against it.

Canada would really need to be several states - it's just too big to be one - but, as long as it doesn't include Quebec...

Israel isn't even in same hemisphere, and, the last time an anglophone nation held sway over that particular plot of land, they were subjected to terrorist attacks. I'd rather not have to deal with /both/ Zionist and Islamist terrorists. The latter are quite sufficient as it is.

the place's the question? Puerto Rico may be the 51st state, yet they'd see how dysfunctional our govenment has become, and that i doubt that the PR voters will vote for it of their next election.

Agreed Lets start with Mexico And Cuba. First we push south into Baha California (Mexican Panhandle) With Four Divisions of USAA and 12 Divisions Of USMC With support of 12 Support Squadrons clear out the area meening kill the occupants if any and 3 Tank Battalions.Battalion=600 One Divsion=4000 men 1 Squadron=16 planes? After the pan handle is secure we move in howitzers on trucks and put them on the eastern shore of the panhandle and move the marines in too. Have the Howitzers pulverize everything 12 miles inland off the coast and have the air planes destroy anything in the sea or air and on ground in support of howitzers. When Mexico's Western seaboard is nothing but wasteland a navy fleet comes in with a additional 4 divisons of marines now we have 16 divisions of marines and we cruise missle mexico city and there military bases from airstrikes/missle strikes. Destroy communication arrays(Towers, dishes etc) then the marines start the invasion. 16 Divsions of Marines is 64000 marines. We clear out any resistance on the western sea board. We move 6 Divisions of Marines into cuba and kill everyone and then we use our ships in the bay in Cuba to destroy mexicos eastern seaboard then we send the 24000 marines from the gulf coast into mexicos northeast/east seaboard and we destroy and resitance. Rebuild and claim Mexico and Cuba as states. Then lets see if the Canadians still protest us. I myself Could (if i had the power) Organize this in 2 days and have the war in over in a month.

The cultural differenced between our territories and mainland America are too great for that. For now we do not need a 51st State.

I agree. Some of Canada if they choose, maybe some of Mexico. Iraq should also be considered. We need to bring them to the free world and bring oil prices under control. Puerto Rico has nothing to offer.

Iraq should be our 51st state!

Maybe we should have stopped at 48! Those maps always look funny, with Alaska and Hawaii pushed down into the corner.

I hear they grow really good weed in Canada so that would be pretty cool. I don't think Canada would be real keen on your plan though.

I think Canadians are happy they way they are and Israel? They need to deal with their issues that have spanned the last thousands of years.
